Bill and Linda know what they're doing, and it shows. They were extremely helpful in narrowing down our style, color, and fabric choices, patiently worked with us to find the right products for our budget and decor, and were super-efficient during installation (but with plenty of attention to detail). Top it off with very competitive prices, a friendly approach, and clear professionalism, and you have an all-around great experience! We will definitely call on them again in the future.

The blinds are all installed - which went very quickly and smoothly. There is one blind (out of many!) that is sticky - they have said to let them know if it remains sticky and they will order a replacement. I trust they will do so if need be. They look beautiful and we are happy with what we chose!

I contacted Image Custom Blinds after reading the reviews on Angie's List and after having a poor experience with another blinds/shade provider. Bill and Linda were fantastic. They exemplify customer service: they promptly responded to my initial inquiry, were extremely helpful when they came to measure and provide me with a quote, scheduled the installation promptly after the blinds arrived at my house, did an excellent job installing the blinds and accommodated a change that I requested in a very thoughtful and customer-focused fashion. Bill is very nice professional and extremely responsive. He offered excellent products at a great price and Installation was a breeze. I had a situation that did not allow me to receive the blinds at my house and he was able to ship to his location and bring the blinds to me. That was a very nice personal touch I appreciated much. Bill and Linda promptly arrived at our initial appointment. They were knowledgeable and prepared. They even gave us a quote on the spot. We told them we'd think about our purchase. Within one week, we decided we liked Image Blinds and we liked the product, but were no longer thrilled with our color choice. Bill and Linda returned to help us find another color. Then, they ordered the blinds and installed them about 4 weeks after our order was placed. The installation went smoothly but we were unhappy with the cord placement. Bill and Linda worked with hunter douglas to return our blinds, change the cord placement and reinstall them successfully. We couldn't have been happier with the service.

We ordered blinds for two bedrooms and our living room. Linda provided some good suggestions for blinds that would go with our decor. The blinds were delivered to our home. We then called Bill, and within a couple days he was here to install everything. They have a good product for a fair price. The entire process is easy and smooth. I would use them again without hesitation.

From the first contact to the final installation, they were on-time, thorough in both their explanations of the different choices available as well as in their work. They completed the installation of blinds for five windows in just thirty minutes which included taking the time to carefully demonstrate and explain how each of the mechanisms functioned. Order taking and payment was easy. The order was delivered to our home and after a phone call to advise Bill that the new shades had arrived, he called not long after to set up a date to do the installation. Each blind was chosen based on the lighting requirements of the individual space. The Hunter Douglas lifetime guarantee was a real selling feature for us. Actually, one of the blinds was giving us some problems so the Berg's came to look at it and ended up ordering a replacement blind right away. Their expertise made the process so simple and THAT WAS PRICELESS. My husband and I highly recommend Image Custom Blinds. We have been thrilled with their products and service.

We received three bids in total and worked with all three vendors to get the options we liked at their best price. The price offered by Image Custom Blinds was more than 5% lower than the other bids we received and they provided a better option than the others. Bill and Linda Berg asked us questions to get a feel for our taste and price ranges and then suggested several options and made recommendations for us. We were having major work done in our house and ran into several complications, which made the entire project take several months longer than expected. We were concerned the work would make a mess of our new shades so Bill and Linda offered to hold onto our shades in their own house for a couple of months until the work in our house was completed. Then they came out within a week to put up the shades. They put up all 23 of the shades in an afternoon. Everything was installed perfectly and their were no issues. A few months later, they promptly came out to the house to fix a string that came off one of the shades. Bill and Linda are very professional, offer a great product and service and a very good price, and are very nice people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I met with them to get an estimate on window treatments for several new windows recently installed in our home. They showed up on time, presented ideas and suggestions and waited for me to make a decision without a hard sell. Once I decided to purchase the blinds, they were once again, very timely and efficient during the entire process. They suggested that I have the blinds shipped to our home to save on time and once delivered, they were able to install the blinds were quickly. The blinds were exactly what I had hoped they would be and look beautiful in our home. I would highly recommend Bill and lInda's company to anyone in the market for new window treatments. Bill and Linda Berg have been doing this for many years. They do all the work themselve; the quality is fantastic and the savings are substantial. They came once to discuss our needs. They understood what we wanted and made appropriate suggestions about alternatives. We delayed ordering to take advantage of an upcoming promotion. Delivery was 3 weeks later by private carrier. Bill and Linda returned the next day to install. Installation took about 6 hours for about 22 windows. While Bill was completing the installation, Linda consolidated the substantial packing material. Disposal was up to us.

This is a husband and wife team. They arrived promptly and provided multiple quotes for various options. Their quotes were competitive with other blind estimates I received. Each time they were at my home, they were dressed nicely in business casual clothes and removed their shoes (even for the installation). They worked quietly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the final result and would definitely hire them again.

Superb. Talked with three different providers. Bill and Linda were patient, careful and precise in their explanation. They came to the house. Ended up having two visits to make decision as the blind measurement could only be made after the new windows were installed. We wanted to be able to make a decision, or come close to a decision, on the color, model, etc ahead of time so as to minimize the time that the windows would not be covered. They were great at explaining. We have been to several other vendors over the last twelve years as we have purchased various Hunter Douglas products for either our suburban home or our loft in the city. These two were the best of the lot. When the blinds came in, they called and offered to come out that night to install them!! We did the install a few days later when it fit our schedule. But the offer, knowing that we had expressed concern about how long it was going to be without proper blinds was most appreciated .

Came to my home discussed what my needs were and showed me a variety of samples. We choose the mid range priced blinds. The order was placed and they installed them within three weeks. They were pleasant to deal with and the installation was quick and the blinds look great. I would invite them back again, very professional and pleasant to deal with.

It went great. Linda had great advice (colors, styles, etc) and Bill was very precise. We love our cordless blinds. They are beautiful and such great quality (Hunter Douglas). I had received a total of 3 estimates from various other companies - and Bill and Linda's by far was the best and I felt they were the most competent and knew their stuff.
