Bill and Linda Berg are consummate professionals: responsive, informed, and offering quality brand-name products. (Beside that, they are genuinely nice people.) I did a price comparison and found I would have paid significantly more for the same product from the other name (which comes quickly to your mind) because you are paying for all their advertising. Image Custom Blinds will give you better prices and standout service.

William and Linda Berg of Image Custom Blinds are top notch! They are extremely responsive, professional, prompt, thorough, consultative, and pleasant to work with. I had such a great experience and plan to recommend them to friends and family considering window treatments for their home. We had several companies visit our home to provide quotes and hands down, Image Custom Blinds was the best. We purchased a combination of Hunter Douglas Silhouette Nantucket shades with motorization and Solera shades with room darkening. They offered extremely competitive pricing that made the decision very easy. A+!!!!

Waiting for delivery later this month - they were conscientious, engaged and right on time for the assessment. Really liked working with them.

During their presentation they mentioned that they require full payment at time of order. They explained why they require full payment up front and we moved on. While in our decision process of comparing their estimates to others, we contacted them to ask if there was any wiggle room in requiring full payment upfront. They advised us that the y do not make exceptions to their policy and would not accept half upfront from us. We would NEVER pay 100% upfront to someone we have never done business with, and would be reluctant to pay 100% upfront to anyone. We understand their policy and that is certainly their call.

It went great, the blinds they helped me select and then installed are beautiful and work great. The price was less than I anticipated, and they seem like really great people as well. I really enjoyed talking to them as they work. I wish every contractor could do such a nice job and be so friendly at the same time.

Bill and Linda are exceptional professionals. They were very courteous and catered to all our needs in choosing the right solution for our home. They scheduled and performed the installation of the window treatment on time and with amazing quality. They walked us through the process in impeccable detail and were forthcoming on all the pros and cons of each of the options we had on our plate. Bill and his wife came to the house to show the Hunter Douglas product line. They were very pleasant to work with overall. We found the entire process very favorable. They were quick to respond to any questions and visit to install them once they arrived. The pricing was on target as well. Bill and Linda helped me to select the right colors and styles for each room, while our home was in the midst of renovation, making it difficult to envision the final look. We are extremely pleased with everything and especially the service! We changed our minds on one item, switching it to a top down/bottom up version and also had an issue with one of our Silhouette blinds. They replaced it under warranty and were prompt and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend their services!!

I first used Image Custom Blinds in 2012 when I moved into my townhome. At that time I ordered faux wood blinds for the living room and bay window in a bedroom, but I've since redecorated and wanted something lighter and brighter. In March, 2017 I called Bill and Linda again since I had a great experience with them the first time. They are a pleasure to work with: friendly and professional and both times they were able to help me find the window coverings I wanted for the budget that I had. This time I ordered the "Up Down, Bottom Up" cellular shades and I love them!

Above and beyond what we expected. Bill and Linda were prompt to schedule consult, provide quotes, and ordered our blinds immediately after our decision to contract with them. Installation was quick and quality is great. They were also quick to understand our style and make helpful recommendations. Their price was very competitive.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Buying a new house you come into contact with people from every conceivable trade. Without a doubt, Bill and Linda were one of the bright spots of all the contractors we've dealt with over this past year. From our very first telephone inquiry through the whole design and installation process they have been excellent to work with in every way. But their commitment to our satisfaction didn't end with the installation. They've continued to be incredibly responsive even when small adjustments became necessary, sometimes months after the blinds were installed. They were quite professional and knowledgeable, and had brought samples for me to look at. I knew I wanted Hunter Douglas, and they measured everything and helped me choose the styles that would work best for my new windows and doors. I texted them when the shades and blinds were delivered, and we chose another appointment date. Again they arrived promptly, and installation was quick and efficient. This purchase resulted in one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time. We were under time constraints due to multiple approaching wedding showers that we were hosting. After reviewing a few Angie's List providers I called Bill at Image Custom Drapery & Blinds. Bill and his lovely wife came out to our home the very same day, reviewed my needs / requirements, and engaged me in a consultative conversation relative to options that would address what I was looking for. They worked very quickly in parsing needed activities such that, despite having 13 windows to take care of, I found myself having ordered and saying good bye to them in less than two hours...very effective and efficient! They were very flexible in working with me (while I was out of town) to set up a time/day to install our order, which happend in less than two weeks...in time for our back to back wedding showers. I have no hesitation in working with these folks again. There are professional, congenial, efficient (Bill's an Engineer by trade), and have a great sense of humor. The value I received from them was great, and we received many compliments on the blinds from our guests (both showers) and follow on wedding guests. Great overall experience.

I highly, HIGHLY recommend Custom Image Blinds. My co-worker referred Bill and Linda when we decided we needed to add blinds to our home. Bill is very experienced and has in depth knowledge on the products he has to offer including installation. Linda was exceptional when I couldn't decide on what color blinds and provided recommendations that helped me decide on the final product. Since my husband was not home to help me decide on the shades, we went to another seller to look at the product as well as inquire about installation. First of all the place we went to, the sales rep was not very helpful because she could not offer ideas or recommendations on what would fit best for my style and preference. Bill and Linda answered all my questions thoroughly and they were super nice and patient with me. They do not make you feel pressured to purchases goods and services from the. They were always available to answer questions such as length of blinds (since we have special cranks in our windows), whether the blinds go over the casing or not, etc, etc. The blinds came in earlier than expected and were not damaged. I notified Bill that the blinds arrived and within 2-3 days they were beautifully installed. I am so glad that my friend referred them to us. If you are looking to purchase blinds please DO NOT go anywhere else but here. The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. We were super lucky to have them. We've had terrible contractors before (for our lighting, landscape, house cleaning service, etc) but these guys were exceptional. We've recommended them to our friends, neighbors and families with multi-million dollar homes.

I can't emphasize enough how great Bill and Linda were. My wife and I recently moved into a house which didn't have window treatments. We called and got several estimates (five) from various window treatment vendors. Bill was the cheapest in terms of price and we very satisfied with his work. Bill and Linda measured all the relevant windows within 15 minutes- not rushing at all, but able to go so fast because they knew what they were doing. They were nice enough to come and do the installation late on a Friday, and then when we realized that one of the treatments (window shutter) was on back order, they came early on a Friday morning so as to not affect our work schedule. We love the blinds and the professionalism with which they were installed. Highly recommend them!

William and Linda are a great team! They took time to make sure all the measurements and design was correct, and did a great installation.

William and Linda were responsive to my request for a quote and scheduled with me via phone within a week. They came to my home with samples and listened to my ideas. We picked the blinds and they measured the windows within an hour. The blinds were delivered and installed in a week. It was very quick and cost was reasonable. they were punctual and professional. We are very happy with the blinds and will be calling them to do additional windows in the house.

The installation was completed quickly and efficiently. We had a problem with one shade several months later, and Bill was able to correct the problem. We are very pleased with our new window treatments and have received many compliments on them.

This is the second time I've had them install blinds in my home. When I first moved in more than a year ago they provided blinds for my downstairs windows and I wanted to live with them a while and decide if I wanted to have the same blinds installed in my bedrooms. The blinds are great and look great and help keep warm air inside during the cold months. The light blocking blinds I have in the bedrooms really block out the light. I'm very happy with the entire experience. The blinds are expensive but I did not want to try measuring and ordering on my own and I think you get what you pay for, as they say.
