I made the appointment and they arrived on time. They measured correctly, a few weeks later they came to install. I was very happy with the service. They are great group of people to work with.

We are more than pleased with the knowledge and experience that Bill and Linda provided as well as the variety of products we had to choose from. They are both very cordial. They also provided us with information on how to apply for a $200 rebate. Wish we had know about them when be built our home. We had a lot of frustrations with the person who provided our origional blinds and drapes. Wish we had the services of Angie's List then as well.

We love our new plantation shutters. The price quoted was way lower than other places, and they were great about the installation and keeping us up to date with the order status. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bill and Linda were 2 of the nicest, most professional people that I have ever dealt with. We set up an initial appointment to view samples and get an estimate. They arrived right on time, showed us all the relevant samples, helped us with our choices and gave us an estimate which was exactly the same as Bill had quoted me on the phone. We set up an installation date and they came back and installed the blinds and disposed off the old ones. The entire transaction was painless and they did what they had agreed to do, to the letter. More so they put one at ease and we were very comfortable with them. Given the fact that their estimate included measuring, installing and taxes I believe we got a great deal. I give then an A+ in all categories and would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends

It went fantastic! You feel almost as if you have known them all your life! They put up with and were friendly with my greyhounds and I was pleased when the blinds came in so much sooner. I will definately use them again! It's not often that you have the same people that come out at the beginning and then come back to install!

Linda and Bill were wonderful to work with!! I had read reviews of their company on Angie's List. I called two other companies on the List, but their prices were much higher and they didn't follow up very well. When I called for an estimate, Bill was able to give me a precise cost based on the square footage of the window. When I called about two weeks later to set up a time for him to come out and measure, he remembered me by name and remembered what I had called about earlier. Wow! His price was about $700 less than the lowest price I had found so far. They told me that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the shutters. Almost exactly three weeks later on a Saturday, they called and said the shutters had been delivered and they would be over that evening to install them. They knew I hoped to have them installed by Christmas. I can't say enough good things about Bill and Linda. They were courteous, exacting in their installation, personable and the best price around. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I sent IMAGE and email through Angie's list telling them I was interested in pricing for a few windows in my house. Bill called me that day to set up an appointment. We set up the appt. right away. Bill and Linda came out and measured and showed me samples. I decided to go ahead and place the order with them. I liked their quick response time. It was as though they were quite interested in the business unlike some companies that you call and they don't call back or can't come out and see you for weeks. I liked the go-getter attitude. My window and bathroom shades came in first. The shutters didn't come in at the same time, but Bill and Linda came out and installed the product that had arrived. As soon as the shutters came in they called me and got those installed right away. They were very easy to work with, very punctual, and friendy.

I called for an estimate one morning and they arrived in the afternoon. I had other estimates but theirs was better and they had the exact product I was looking for. They came on a Sunday evening to install so that I would not have to wait for my window treatments any longer than necessary. They were courteous, neat, friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends. I don't think I could have made a better choice. They gave very personal attention to the project and even gave suggestions to other aspects of it when I asked. They are a wonderful company.

I called Image Custom Blinds the morning of 10/31/09 and they were at my home that afternoon. This couple is very professional and respectful of my home. They are very knowledge in the products they offer and thoroughly answered all my questions. I placed an order with them shortly after their visit and all products were installed within three weeks. All measurements were perfect and products are to my satisfaction. (Not true with other companies I have used). I definitely recommend this company. They are very good!

I was very impressed with this company's responsiveness, professionalism and pricing. The owner and his wife (team) were a pleasure to work with. All my calls were answered promptly and any questions I had were tended to immediately. They made the entire process very easy and their pricing was excellent (got a total of 3 quotes). The blinds arrived very shortly after I made the order and the installation was done perfectly. This company was great to work with and I would, without hesitation, recommend them to my own friends/family. Of all the people we've used for a variety of projects in our house over the years this company ranks in my top 5. .....and they were genuinely nice people.

Bill was incredibly professional from the first phone call. He called back immediately, came to our house right away, went through our options and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He kept us in the loop on timing of the order and came out promptly to install as soon as everything was ready(took less than 2 weeks). We are absolutely thrilled with the job they did, LOVE the new blinds and would recommend Bill to anyone looking for great looking window treatments at a good price with excellent customer service(not to mention, we had just had a baby days before they installed our window treatments and Bill and his wife brought us a baby gift!!).

This husband wife team was excellent. They work well together very well with color coordination and design. We had one design issue in our family room - they asked a lot of questions of me to get a real understanding of the look I was trying to create. They then worked together to create a design/ look including color and texture of various fabrics. Right on the spot he (Bill) drew out the design and Linda (his wife) helped pick out fabrics. They brought out to the house hundreds of fabric samples. Before they left the design was set - fabrics selected and measurement taken. The end result was outstanding! I get compliments all the time. People and other artists have come over to the house to take pictures of the end result. The real surprise was when my kitchen designer came out to photograph the final kitchen for submission into some magazine contest- he was so impressed with the family room he also photographed that room for the magazine. If you need window treatments- hire IMAGE Custom Drapery- you will be glad you did.

BILL AND LINDA WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR BLINDS AND LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN.
