This is the second time I have used Gmart. Both times they were prompt to respond with excellant work at a fair price. Their workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. If you want it done right the first time use Gmart.

I called Greg for an estimate on fixing some trim damage on my home. He came out the same day to give me an estimate. He told me right off that I needed to get things fixed ASAP to prevent wood rot and water damage. He also told me that unfortunately that he was very busy and could not get to the job for several weeks, which he felt would be too long due to impending rain. He then spent another good amount of time with me telling me what I needed to have done and how much it should cost. He walked around my house, pointing out additional problem areas that needed attention. He left color samples for the trim as he thought that might help the person I hire for repairs. He went above and beyond spending time with someone he would not be working for. He even suggested a strategy for finding someone to help me with my repairs. My only frustration is that GMART is not available. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable with great customer service, give this company a call. You will not be sorry.

Greg was fantastic. He was out the day we contacted him for an inspection and estimate. Because the leak was ruining our brand new wood floors, we needed someone to make the repairs as quickly as possible. Even though Greg was very busy, he was kind enough to come out that week to make the repairs. He even inspected another, smaller issue we were having and fixed it the day he came for the other repairs at no extra cost. I'm happy to say after a few storms, the leak was fixed! Thank you so much for your help. We will be calling Greg for any gutter/roofing/siding issues in the future.

Initially Greg came out to do a small siding repair for us. he was quick to respond to the call, came out the same day and did a great job. A year later when we were ready to replace all of the siding, we looked a many contractors and options before deciding to go with GMART. Greg provided very professional service from day 1, never pressuring us and going out of his way to be helpful with every question we had. Once we signed the contract, everything showed up on time and the job started. His crew did great work and cleaned up every day. Greg also stopped by at least twice a day and was always available if we needed anything. We did request a few changes halfway through the project and Greg quickly took care of them. Overall we are very pleased and highly recommend GMART.

Called Greg for an estimate and he came out the next day and did the repairs 4 days later. Explained in detail what he was going to do and actually went over and above to fix everything he found in the process. Found him to be very professional and honest. Would definitely hire him again and refer him to friends.

I've had bad experience in the past with contractors, but Gmart was verry proffesionall and reliable. They were punctual and what's most important finished my project on time and stayed within the budget. A+ company.

Very responsive and engaged through the several discussions and back and forth we had. The people who performed the work were punctual and seemed pretty experienced and skilled. Final result looks great!

Installer was very professional. Came out and gave a no-pressure quote and when we chose to hire him, he suggested a couple of dates, and we agreed on a mutually acceptable one. Guy came early in the morning and finished promptly. He did a really good job and I would whole-heartedly recommend him again!

It was a great experience working with Gmart. He explained everything very well & also made suggestions that I didn't even think of. The gutters look great!

A shingle from the gable blew away. Greg came out and quickly figured out the cause of the failure. He said he normally does not do small jobs like this but was going to send someone to get it fixed. Greg called day later to confirm the time they will come out. Sunday morning, they came out at promised time and quickly went to work. The new shingle was fabricated and expertly installed. I was impressed with the attention to details. They took gasoline to clean the new and old shingles in effort to match the colors. Impressed with their work, I asked about other small jobs around the house. Greg gave a honest answer saying that his price would not be worth it to me and recommended hiring a handyman. I appreciated his honesty. I will call him in the future when I replace my windows.

They were on time, cleaned up well, answered all of our questions and even worked around our schedule. Greg provided suggestions and helpful tips based on his experience. The entire team is professional and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service. They are friendly and thoughtful -- even our neighbors noticed their careful work to make sure everything was perfect. You won't regret going with GMart!

Greg immediately responded to my request and came to my home to review the job. He was back the next day to perform the work and did an excellent job. The repair to my siding looks perfect and the gutters added are excellent. Most of all, Greg is a pleasure to work with and its clear he takes great pride in his work. Look forward to working with him again in the future.

I am more than impressed with Greg and the GMart team. They did a more than fantastic job of replacing my siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. What I noticed and really appreciated was that it was very important to them that I was happy with the work they did and the final outcome of the project. They made sure I was happy with every little detail right down to the dryer vent cover! Greg and his crew went above and beyond my expectations.

Greg and his men did a fantastic job. The house looks better than new and exceeded my expectations. Greg worked to enhance the existing features of the house by adding detailing to the trim and siding. The crew was hard-working; they were pleasant and easy to deal with. They were meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the job.

Greg came out fairly quickly and gave us an estimate for new gutters and downspouts that we felt was very fair. He was quick to respond to any emails and was able to schedule us for the job fairly soon. Workmen were efficient and got the job done in the estimated time. They could have done a little bit better job getting up the nails off of our driveway, but for the most part they left the area free of debris. I was not happy with the length of some of the downspouts and Greg came out very quickly to assess and fix the problem. Would highly recommend G-Mart.

Greg came out, quoted us late in 2015. He was $2000 less than the next best quote we received from 3 other local businesses with top ratings. We did not perform the work until 2016, and he still used the same quote. Our insurance company paid for three sides due to hail damage, and I found them to be off in the estimate based on those that I received. Greg came out to my home again, agreed with me and asked me to schedule an appointment with the insurance adjuster. The adjuster cancelled the first appointment at the last minute, and I forgot to inform Greg. Greg never held this against me, met with the adjuster a few days later and was able to get them to give us most of the money for the difference. He scheduled the job, and completed it on the date he told me it would be completed. His staff was professional and did excellent work. We purchased new address numbers for our home and he informed us that previous customers were not happy with the same numbers. Greg also fixed some of our fascia and soffit that was poorly installed. Unlike other companies, he did not nickel and dime us for this and did it free of charge. He also replaced a piece of rotting wood at no cost. All of the other companies will charge you for these things. On the last day of work, he performed a final walk-through with me while his guys were finishing up. Upon completion of the job, one of his guys walked through with me again. The quality of the work was excellent and working with Greg made the whole process easy. Greg is always punctual (most of the time he's early) and is always responsive via email, text or phone. I always waited less than a business day to get a response.

When I was looking for contractors to give me quotes for new siding on Angie’s List, I came across GMart. The first thing that caught my attention was all the positive reviews. After hiring them to replace our siding, gutters, downspouts and fascia (and a couple of other things), I can see why people speak so highly of them and in particular, Greg. What impressed me the most about Greg was his responsiveness, customer service and flexibility. If I texted Greg, I would almost always get an immediate response…and I texted him a lot. Greg also had great suggestions on how we could improve the look of our home with respect to colors and design. I felt he took the time to get things done the right way. With the work now completed on our home, it has never looked better. Based upon my experience with Greg, I would recommend him to family and friends.

I would give Greg and his team my highest recommendations. They handled everything, including the Lake Forest required permits, with the utmost professionalism. Fast quote process, reasonable pricing, and very consultative on the approach for the project. The work was completed not only on time, but well exceeded my expectations. The installers were polite, neat, considerate, and I was consulted on every nuance that could have been a potential concern for a client. Highly, highly, recommend Greg and his installation team.

Going to Angie's List to find someone with an A rating to do a siding job at my home brought me to the Gmart Inc. ad because all 80 reviews were rated A or A+. After reading half of them, I decided that this was the company to do the job. Greg came out promptly and when my son and I told him that we were interested in veneer stone on the front of the house and garage as well as LP Smartside siding, and new windows, he advised us as to how it would look best. He also told us that he would replace any rotting wood and insulation board if and where it was needed. We are very satisfied with the beautiful job that his crew did. Our house looks great and the quality of his work is impeccable. Greg is very accommodating and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with the work done. When finished, his crew cleaned up nicely [like they were never there]. I would definitely call him in the future if I have any more work to be done at my home, and I will refer him to anyone looking for quality work because I can trust that he is honest and the job will be done well. We got 5 estimates for replacing our windows. Greg the owner came out to our home once when my husband was home. I had called him about 8 at night expecting to leave a message but he answered the phone and answered all my questions, which were many. We actually had him come out a couple of times because we couldn't make up our minds and he was very patient and he showed up when he said he would. They started the job a few weeks later and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up after they were finished and the results are amazing. They did a wonderful job. They tolerated my crazy dogs until they calmed down. They got the whole job done in about 2 days. The windows and patio door look incredible. We were going to do the trim on most of the windows ourselves because we are fairly handy people and they were going to do it on 2 or 3 of them but when I saw how good of a job they were doing we called Greg and asked if he could have the guys do all the trim. We agreed on a price, which was beyond reasonable, he made a phone call and by the end of the 2nd day, every window was trimmed. We used to have a deck in out yard that we took out and so there was some siding that was missing/damaged. We asked if they could fix it and it looks better than I could have imagined. We originally were going to reside the whole house but he even said there was nothing wrong with our siding and why did we want to redo it. Honestly the only reason I wanted to change it is because I didn't like the color. But you have to admire his honesty. He could've told me it was crap and try to sell me 12k worth of work. He didn't. I like that. I can live with the color I have. And with the new windows and capping, it actually looks really really good. Glad he was honest. He saved me a lot of money. Eventually I will have other things done like the sofits, gutters, and down spouts replaced and when I do, I will call GMART back to do the work. I'm really pleased with the service and the work and I'm glad we chose them.

G-Mart was impressive to say the least. Let?s start with the estimate which was one my favorite parts of the whole process. I contacted about six different companies for an estimate which only four responded to. G-Mart owner Greg Martyniak came by and met with me to provide an estimate. I had three other estimates; two of which required that my wife be present for the estimate (which was a sneaky sales tactic to get us to buy on the spot). The other three estimates were all gimmicky and sales oriented. With the other estimates I felt like I was being fed a sales pitch that was long and dragged out. Greg?s estimate was right to the point and efficient. His estimate took less than 30 minutes while all the other estimates each took over an hour. He walked around the house with me and explained all the things that they would do and problems that he noticed that would be fixed by his team. And this was not some drawn out sales pitch, it was efficient and right to the point which I really enjoyed. Greg didn?t use gimmicky sales tactics to push his services on me; he just presented what his team would do, he answered my questions, and then we both went on with our days and he sent an estimate over via email the next day. The price was also very competitive. He was not the cheapest but he was way cheaper than the most expensive estimate I got. One of the things that really caught my eye initially too was not the positive reviews but the lack of negative reviews which was really impressive in my opinion. In reference to the work performed. The crews were very polite and were always working very hard. You could tell they had a great deal of experience in their field. They were very neat and thorough and did everything that they said they were going to do. They found some rotted wood behind the old siding so they showed me the problem and replaced it without charging me extra. I will definitely be recommending this company in the future; our home looks amazing, thank you Greg.

We considered 3 bids from different contractor and Greg's quote price is very competitive. We saw Greg's excellent review on Angie's List, so we decided to choose Gmart as our contractor. This is a big project and we need to start it and get it done quickly. Greg and his team was able to start the work as we requested and finished it by the time as we agreed. His responsiveness before and during the work is excellent. He is able to pick almost every call I made and that shows Greg's business attitude and diligence. Greg listens to our thoughts of how we like the appearance to be and able to provide us valuable ideas. Plus, Greg and his crew were all very friendly. I have already recommended Gmart to a few of my friends and will recommend them in the future.
