+ 0 moreHired Future Windows in Bartlett to replace roof, siding, and gutters. Roof went ok. Siding has been a nightmare. First off Joe was missing during job. Job for siding took over 3 months. Did not provide things listed on the contract. Siding job never passed Bartlett Village inspection. Siding falling off the house. Called owner Joe about this and he told me to "Go to H***" Call Bartlett Inspector and they had Joe come out. He promised to take care of it. He has not. Send me a bill for close to $2000 to fix it. Have called other companies out and they say the whole job was done wrong and needs to be redone. He does not have his own crew and hires different people. He does not stand behind his workmanship. Also his insurance is not worth the paper it is printed on. We paid a lot of money for this job and tried to support business in Bartlett since we live here. What a mistake!!! Buyer beware!!! Biggest mistake we ever made was hiring this company.

Description of Work: The quality of the work was very good. Joe also helped us through some insurance questions that were probably outside of his area of responsibility but saved the day. His subcontractors were good, but I had to score them down a bit due to a small quality problem, but overall they did a nice job. Joe has done our windows, patio door, front door, roof, siding, gutters/downspouts, soffit and fascia over the past few years. If we had any house areas left to remodel I would definitely call Joe.

Description of Work: Future Windows replaced one window. They made sure that the color, style, and thermal specs matched the house and area. |They installed the window promptly with minimal mess. Window carries a very good warranty.

+ -1 moreJoe was prompt in returning phone calls and flexible in terms of coming out to the house in the evening so my husband could be involved in the conversation. But we never heard back from him with an estimate. I don't think door installation is something he does a lot of. I think he focuses more on other aspects of remodeling. We contacted him initially because he was on the Therma-Tru Doors website. I felt he was a little disorganized and not up to speed on the actual product. He was very nice, spent lots of time with us answering our questions. He was not the right fit for us in terms of his personality and obviously the fact that he never got back to us with an estimate.
Description of Work: Replacement of double front doors with single door and sidelights.

+ -1 moreI spent about $8,500 on the job. Everything about them was wonderful. They were honest, on time, and had good quality product. I wish I had used them for my siding work, but I had already hired another company. They were really good and honest people. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
