Four Seasons Cleaning

I purchased a 10 hr. deep cleaning deal through Angie's list. I scheduled in July and the owner was very responsive. Due to death in family I had to reschedule. No responses from texts or phone calls. Paid for this service though an Angie's list deal and now I was told by Angie's list that I have to resolve with the business myself. How can I resolve if she does not respond?

They did not show up for a couple appointments. I had to call to Angie's List for a refund.

TERRIBLE!! I waited 45 minutes and called both numbers that were listed for service. No response at all after leaving messages!! WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T BOOK THIS SERVICE. They are very unresponsive and unprofessional.

Not well -she cleaned my house a few times, then never showed up-didnt call then was nasty.

Very well! They were very nice and respectful of my needs as a new mom, working with me so that they could clean the whole house without disrupting my baby's needs or sleep!

Very well. Only the deal was for six hours. They were there from 12:30 to 4pm.

At first, JoAnna (as she goes by) was very responsive on the phone and through text. We set up a time for her to come to our house and give us a quote. She was professional and punctual arriving at exactly the time she had said. She had mentioned she was new to running her own business and that she did not have as much experience as other cleaning services. She even volunteered to send us her insurance and licensing information if we were interested, which of course we were. As she seemed very upfront and honest, we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt wanting to help a small business grow. We agreed on a flat fee and she said she would be sending us her insurance/licensing information later in the week prior to the date of service. We also requested to have in writing the terms of our agreement including scope of services and payment. A week went by without any information, and we texted her to make sure she would be sending us the information. She again replied promptly that she would. At this point, we were interested in how we'd be receiving the information since she did not ask for our e-mail addresses. On the date the services were to be performed, JoAnna had it scheduled to be at our house at 8am. No one showed up and we did not receive any message that she was late or was not coming. After two texts and a phone call, she finally responded that she had a family emergency and would not be coming. She did not ask to reschedule. We are very understanding of family emergencies, but it would have been nice to have been told before we decided to stay home from work.

They did an excellent job and were very pleasant.

They called the day before and asked to move back the time, which worked good for me. Have a large house and they did a great job on everything they were able to get to.

Went very well. Joanna did a great job on the floors and all the dusting. I would recommend her and hire her again.

Joanna & Olga did a superb job giving our home a deep and thorough spring cleaning. The quality of their work goes well beyond what we have experienced from other professional home cleaners. We recommend them highly and hope to hire them on a regular basis.

Four Seasons Cleaning did a really great deep cleaning at my house. Their attention to details was amazing. They are very professional, offer true quality work for a very reasonable price. They are always on time. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I've many cleaning service before but this is the best. I love it. Its two girls and they never short cut. Dusting is very important for me because of allergies. They are always smiling. They work very hard. I am always happy to some back from work and see that my house is fresh and clean.
