Paul and Tyler were so pleasant, thorough and helpful to answer any questions regarding service and treatment. They take their time and do a very thorough clean...not your typical run in/run out service. Fantastic!

I hired First Choice Carpet Cleaners to come clean our office/warehouse floors. The carpet hasn't been deep cleaned in maybe 10 Years. and when they finished cleaning I never thought the layers of dirt and oil could be removed. But I can report that the floors at our office came out great and have never looked better.

My first time to have the carpet cleaned and I'm so glad First Choice did the work. I appreciate that they explained the process and I think went over some areas repeatedly. My matted carpet has sprung back and looks great. Maybe I won't replace it next year after all but get it cleaned again. Thank you Cameron and Kaehler for your artistry! Quite possibly the best carpet cleaners in the universe. Half a dozen cleaners before them had finished job and said "This is the best anyone can get it.". First Choice Carpet Cleaners, when they finished, looked as if brand new carpet had been installed. You cannot possibly do better!

I use them every year and they do an excellent job. I have cats and one had "accidents" on the carpet. When First Choice is done, the stains and odors were completely gone.

First Choice Carpet Cleaners came and cleaned our older velvet couch. Excellent stain removal and they restored it's beauty completely. Paul even brushed out the couch since it is a specialty fabric. Paul gave us a reminder call the night before, plus let us know when they were on their way to our home on the day of cleaning. That extra mile of customer service was most appreciated. I'd definitely recommend First Choice Carpet Cleaners. I know I'll be calling them when it's time for our carpeted stairs to be cleaned.

I had carpets that are good quality carpeting but were 20 years old and never professionally cleaned. They restored the carpets to a level I did not think possible. I was considering biting the bullet to buy new carpets because I am selling my house. After the job they did, I don't have to. They stayed on the job and worked the stains until they are barely noticeable and the carpets are fully presentable. Hiring First Choice was a great decision and I fully recommend them.
