We were very happy with the carpet cleaning service from First Choice. Paul was very receptive to our concerns about the carpet and he and Francisco did a phenomenal job with the cleaning process. We were very satisfied with the job done on our carpets, especially with having a dog. Quick and smooth process. Highly recommended!

Friendly and efficient

This is the 2nd time I have used them and they again did an excellent job. They were easy to deal with and listened to my concerns and addressed them. My carpeting and upholstery look bright and clean and almost like new. I would not use anyone else for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Paul and his team were great! They were able to schedule our cleaning within a few days which was really helpful as our schedules change almost daily. He was a few minutes behind and called ahead to let me know- communication was excellent. He assessed everything we needed done and came back with an updated cost so I was sure of everything we were committing to and paying for. He and his crew got to work and spent what I would consider a significant amount of time and care on ensuring the job was done well. We had a large area of our home carpets cleaned (including stairs) and an area rug- everything looks great and it's a huge improvement. We've had the carpets cleaned by the average "steamer" service before and this was far and away better. I really appreciated Paul's respect for what we requested- he wasn't pushy with added services or upcharges . We'd hire First Choice again in a heartbeat- highly recommend these local guys!

I learned a lesson in the difference In maintenance cleaning and cleaning to sell. When needing it TO SELL, it is wiser to have carpet company inspection prior to committing to the job. We had 14 year old Berber carpet with some heavy traffic wear, which after a valiant effort, were not cleanable. We wound up having to replace carpet... an expensive lesson.

Very efficient and completed work on time.......

First Choice cleaned two sofas and six dining room chairs for us and did an excellent job. Paul called me right away on a Saturday after I submitted my request in Home Advisor. They had to RS the original appointment but fit us in on short notice right before Thanksgiving, and Paul came out himself with one of his guys to do the work. They were very careful to not get water or cleaning solution on our floors. The original appt was just for the couches; I asked them to clean the chairs after they were in my house and they stayed longer on a Saturday to get it done. The price was reasonable compared to other companies - they were running a special that Paul told me about when I first called. The couches and chairs looked so much better when they were done! The couches looked new again. Some of the stains didn’t come out of the chairs but they are white and had never been cleaned and had numerous nasty stains. They looked better than I thought they ever would again, and Paul was honest about what they would be able to do under the circumstances when I asked him if he could clean them. A tiny bit of the discoloration has come back on the couches but I think it is just that - discoloration that isn’t possible to clean away. The couches still look great. All in all, I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Scheduling was easy and a full explanation of the work that would be done was provided. The technicians were professional, courteous, and my rugs look like new.
