They were very easy to schedule over the phone. They were prompt (in fact they were early because they finished a job in my area early .The two men that they sent were extremely professional. The parked at my complex where they wouldn't be in the way of other residents. They did a wonderful job. I even asked for some business cards from them because I will definitely recommend them to, family, friends and co-workers.

The two gentlemen who came to my house were very professional and very courteous. They proceeded to do their work and when they were done, my rugs looked brand new! They will and are my “first choice” for carpeting cleaning!

Very professional, friendly, and informative. The technicians were courteous and capable. They even moved furniture, and worked extra hard to successfully remove some stubborn stains. They weren't the cheapest, but I felt more confident hiring them, and I believe I got a job well done for the money I spent.

Our carpets never looked so clean unless they were new. No one has gotten our stairs as clean as First Choice. They would all say brown on edge was wear and tear. First choice explained why they never were cleaned right and they were correct. They are a bit pricey but the company does an excellent job!

I hired Paul to clean the carpets in our new home. The previous owners had cats - and left behind a disgusting amount of cat hair and urine. The carpets were significantly better after the cleaning, but were just too far gone to salvage. Even though they came out and performed the work, Paul offered me a credit toward my next cleaning for the trouble, which I thought was a really nice touch. Very professional company.

Paul and Alex did a great job on my carpet and rugs. Paul is very willing to work with you on the quote so review it with him before the work is done.

Paul was fantastic. Showed up on time, measured and gave me a quote that was very close to his original estimate. The job turned out to be tougher than expected (paint in carpet) and it took a little longer than planned but Paul stuck with his original quote. I would have paid more for the great job they did. Cetainyly use them again!

I was very pleased with the both the quality of work and the professional attitude of First Choice. I am moving soon and had three bedrooms steam-cleaned and all stains were removed. The final price was fair and actually under the original estimate given on-line. My best advice is that you get a firm price in writing before you allow them to begin the work. The pro wants a 5-star rating because that is how they get more people to choose them over other pros in the future. That is your leverage, so rate the pro only after you have written billing that you are paid in full and are pleased with the results. First Choice did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Very satisfied with this First Choice Carpet Cleaners. They were professional and explained the process from start to finish. They were able to get out a lot of stains from plants and spilled beverages. Will definitely hire them again for both business and residential jobs.
