+ -1 moreVery satisfactory working relationship overall. He helped us on a short time frame because we needed to prepare a house for sale. Came in on time and on budget. Did very nice work. Followed up with very helpful pictures. He deserves an excellent rating.
Description of Work: Replaced disintegrating courses of brick, re-capped and tuck pointed the main chimney. Also supplied rain cap for this chimney. Tuck pointed and caulked a second chimney.
