EFFICIENT AIR SYSTEMS

Description of Work: Jim replaced a 20 year old Hot Water Heating system for us. I had received 2 prior quotes from other companies who did the initial work on the heating system that did not fix the problem. It was the beginning of the winter season and my tenants were constantly complaining that the heat was not coming through enough. I happen to finally start using Angie's List and found Jim for another quick fix for another tenant. I asked Jim if he would look at this bigger job and give me a quote. He did and he beat the other quotes by several hundred dollars. I found Jim to be wonderful to work with. He kept his word on every issue, and was very professional. My tenants told me Jim work almost all night to get the job done. They thought Jim was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and how he planned to remedy it. I was very pleased with the results. I have since used Jim for another small job and consider him to be one of the best support systems for my business.

Description of Work: We we're selling our condo. We had a buyer and we we're at the Home Inspection phase. The home inspector turned on an a/c thermostat that we never found necessary to try. The A/C would not turn off! It was Christmas in July inside our condo! Jim Clark, owner of Efficient Air Systems came to the rescue and in time for the closing. He worked through the weekend and through much difficulty (considering the unit was 20 yrs old and the part was a special order and custom fitting was required.) He came in 50% less than the local HVAC guys!!!!! Thanks to You, Jim.
