From the very start Jim was prompt and professional. He worked well with myself and my tenants. He scheduled the work when he could get it done best, and he kept his word. He was done when he said he would be. As a small business owner I appreciate it when people give me the straight story. I have talked to a lot of heating and air conditioning people and they don't try to explain too much of what they need to do. They like to make commitments that they don't plan to keep. They over bill and under work. I have seen some of the worst. I must say Jim did not let me down one bit. I will use him again and again.

He came in 50% less than the other local HVAC guys!!!!! We we're smooth sailing all the way through the closing of our condo thanks to Efficient Air Systems. We can also sleep at night knowing that the new owners of the condo are in good comfort and under Warranty!
