Closet Organizing Systems

I'm impressed of how good the product was and how they may work for my budget. It's a high quality product and their professionalism from everybody from the designer to the support staff who called me and to the installers, they were incredibly professional, neat, and did great work. The price was good. I would not say that it was cheaper than anybody else but it's a good value.

After acquiring quotes from IKEA and 3 other Custom garage systems businesses, I chose ClosetOS for the following reasons: 1. The material selection was comparable to the other companies 2. The comparable cost of material and installation was less than the competitors, surprisingly even the Costco authorized vendor. 3. Kim was just as knowledgable of her product line and capable of identifying what would be required to meet my storage needs as the nationally branded companies I received quotes from. 4.The comparable cost of material and installation was less than the competitors, surprisingly even the Costco authorized vendor. 5. ClosetOS was on time with delivery and the installation crew was up to the task. 6. The company was pleasant to deal with and went the extra mile with respect to a small issue uncovered during installation. 7. The company is a local business 8. The range of choices various companies provide range greatly from basic boxes to furniture quality cabinets. ClosetOS provided the cabinets I needed at a more affordable price point. I do plan on using them again in the future. If any warranty issues arise in the future I will add to this review? but based on the initial contact I fully expect ClosetOS to stand by their product and installation

Tom, the designer, listened to our needs and maximized the space in all the closets. The install team was equally outstanding.

A small closet loaded with kid staff - the rep arrived promptly, did the drawings and booked appt. for the next week. Installation was prompt and efficient, courteous.

Everything was great! Installer was on time and took less than 30 minutes to install my cabinets in the closet. Very precise and punctual as well as profeasional. Designer was also great. Will definitely use in the future.

The end result is great! The closet design was much better than that of another company. John, the installer, was awesome. Great attention to detail, pleasant, a hard worker. He kept the job site clean, and left things in order each day -- they were here four days for installation. There were communication issues within the company...scheduling on a day that I was unavailable, not having material cut for closets as indicated needing to switch the plan at the last, etc. One of the closets was mismeasured, resulting in a slight delay, and not cut properly, resulting in onsite revision...all of which caused the project to run into a fourth day. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, I think the production area of the business needs review and better procedures and communication put in place.

It was excellent. They had a representative come out to our house and custom design what we wanted for our closet. The installation was quick and so far so good.

Went very well. They came out to measure closet and gave a number of design options. When they came out to do the install they were very fast and cleaned up very well. The cost was well worth it with the special pricing offered at the time. The regular pricing was valued at 500.00 and would have been a fair price for the quality of materials and workmanship.

I am glad we went for the best in business. Donna, our sales rep was thorough and her designs were very detailed. Installation went on the days it was set and the installer was very professional and keen on detail. I am still awed at the workmanship and quality of COS.

It turned out really great. The people that I worked with were nice, but I was really really disappointed shortly after I paid about $2000 because they had a coupon for 40% off if I had just used the coupon that came with my newspaper through the mail I would have saved a lot of money. I would say in terms of the Big Deal it wasn't a Big Deal. They did what they said they were going to do. The design worked out well for me. I would say it was little bit expensive and I would say that the advertising of a big deal on Angie's list was little bit manipulative. I would use them again.

The installer came introduce himself and promptly started working. After completion of the installation he cleaned the closed and vacuumed. I am thrilled with the units and I have to start reorganizing my placement of my clothing. I would recommend the Closet Organized Systems,, They were very easy to work with, and produce my needs in my closet,

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out well. We had a little hiccup because they installed some wrong product. Instead of the soft edges I ordered they put in hard edges. By the time we figured it out some of the pieces were not easily removable. The guy was honorable about it and they gave me a discount and made it financially right for me ultimately. I have to say, all in all, it was a good experience. The closets are great, even though it certainly is not cheap. The Big Deal coupon is a way to bait customers in to spend more money because it generally takes more money to get what you need, in terms of a closet. You tend to really drink the Kool Aid once they start showing you what they can do. That's not a criticism of the vendor, by any stretch. That's just wanting to have more for your money. I thought they did a nice job and were professional. They gave me a warranty and their paper work was fair and square. Overall I think that guy does a solid job. I ended up spending about $2,000 with them and the Big Deal cost $199. The come in and are able to do one closet for the deal price, but when you want to do the second closet you don't get that discount. It is kind of like a way to bait you in. The guy had to leave and they had to cut new pieces of wood so this cost me an extra day off work. They did correct the mistake.

All was done very professionally. We had specs from a previous closet build out from a former home so we were able to provide very specific information on our needs.

Tom, the salesman, met me at my condo and measured the space. He was able to provide a quote on the spot, and we immediately arranged for the installation. The installation occurred one week later, and the installer, Justin, did a terrific job. He completed the work in about an hour and left the space very clean. This is a classy company.

Designer very easy to work with. He had quick turnaround as designs. I liked the quality of the material and liked that it was floor based. It felt more finished (especially with baseboard) than cleat systems. I have tall demands and they were able to utilize them all.

It went very smoothly. Our designer, Jamie, came to our home and took measurements to design a mud room system that would meet our needs. Jamie did a great job listening to what we wanted, and she also shared some information on storage that I wouldn't have thought of but very glad she did! We were invited to go to their office/showroom, and while there, we met the owner, who gave us a personalized tour of the factory where the mud room system would be made--very neat! Our installers came at the right time and worked all day--and did a fantastic job! We needed another shelf and hook and both were followed up quickly and easily. Love our mud room, and would definitely use Closet Organizing Systems again.

This Angies Big Deal turned out to be a little confusing. But other than that, Closet Organizing Systems did a great job, Their design was beautiful and the quality is very good to. We plan on using them again.

Overall this company did a nice job! The installaion rep. was top notch explaining every detail and open to changes if necessary. just on his job alone i would hire this company for future.

Overall I felt the this company listens to their potential clients. Received email from Angie's List for a free quote and a coupon for materials on a closet organizer. Had the rep come out and after reviewing and measuring my closet in the master bedroom, she designed for me the perfect closet. She listened to my wants and my price range. After giving me the total, I asked her how long the quote was good for, for I would like to save up for it. She told me long I have and soon I will have a great closet.

It was a great experience. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was well worth the service and product.
