Description of Work: They did two bedroom closets and a pantry. They were amazing. The designer was Incredible (Donna). She spent a lot of time establishing what our needs were and designing an appropriate system. We changed our minds several times throughout the process and our changes were always greeted cheerfully and modifications made immediately. We will use them again and again as we continue to work on our home improvements.

 + 1 moreI worked with our design consultant, Kim, on what I was looking for. Kim listened to what I thought I wanted and made excellent suggestions after discussing exactly how I work. After the intitial design, Kim was able to show me a 3-D computer model on how the room would look. This was extremely helpful in seeing how the project would actually look and provided the opportunity to 'tweak' the final design. After acceptance and construction of the cabinets, the installers came out and did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and clean as a possible. There were a few last minute design changes that were handled to make the room perfect. All of my dealings with this company were fantastic from the sales people, designer, scheduler, and installers. This is a top notch company.

I had five estimates and each company submitted what was essentially the same design from what appeared to be interchangeable parts. The designer for every estimate I had was professional and personable and the range in price for all the estimates was less than $500.00. I chose ClosetOS because it was the lowest price and included upgraded materials. Marcia viewed the closets in person, and returned the design and quote within 24 hours, with a thirty-day price guarantee. When I gave the down payment, the install was scheduled to take place within ten days. The installation crew arrived late (they did try to call, but had the wrong number, most likely an error on my part), but worked quickly and efficiently, even taking off their shoes before walking on newly-installed carpet. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and the closets look great. However, I have given a quality rating of B because I have not used the closets yet and cannot speak to how well they will hold up.

 + -1 moreEverything about this project went smoothly. Carey is a great and very knowledgeable designer, the installers Oscar and Onel were very professional and neat. After they finished the room they even dusted off everything, so all I had to do was move the clothes in. There was one little tweak that needed to be made and they returned promptly to change it. The company was very concerned that I was completely satisfied and happy with the end product.
Description of Work: Converted a spare bedroom into a beautiful dream closet. My designer Carey Ekstrom has years of experience and designed a closet with all the hanging space, shelving, and desk that was needed. She also devised a way to re-work two other closets using existing materials. (I hate to waste). She had designed closets for me before and re-worked those plans as well since we added an entire room.
