The roofing guy was on time and professional. He did a thorough inspection and did what needed to be done.Our roof is 15 years old, so I was half-afraid that he would find something wrong. There had been a lot of shady roofing companies that came through our area telling people their roofs need to be replaced and then doing shoddy work, so I was glad that we had a reputable company come and do an honest assessment. He let me know about a couple things to watch for as the roof ages, but nothing was in need of immediate repair. Communication with the office for the estimate and billing were quick and on time, with them emailing both the estimate and the final bill. When we do need to have the roof done--or any window replacement or siding repair--we will be calling them again.
Description of Work: We had a couple shingles that had blown off during a storm and needed them replaced. They sent a guy out to replace the shingles, and he tacked down a few others that were starting to pull up. He sealed around the flashing and did an overall inspection.

Excellent, they were very effecient and professional.
Description of Work: I own a duplex and Bartlett Roofing replaced my half as well as my neighbors roof. They also replaced 3 skylight for me. The tradesmen were very knowlegable and did an excellent job. This job took 3 days, everyday they cleaned up. I was very impressed with their work.

Bartlett did a really good job. Squirrels had chewed a big hole in my roof and I had water running in my kitchen. When they came out to do the estimate, they put in an emergency patch. Then when they came out a couple of days later they put in the wooden shingles and stuff like that. They were very prompt and very efficient.

The representative from Bartlett cam out and checked my roof and discussed what needed to be dome. He said he would get back to me with an estimate in a couple of days. A week and a half later, we have not heard from them at all.

Got several estimates which were lower than Bartlett Roofing, but chose them because of their courteous quick response to the emergency before. Since their business is local, they are familiar with the building codes. Bill came out with samples which we chose, and within about a week they stripped the old roof put on the new one. The workers were here promptly. They were courteous and cleaned up making sure all nails etc were picked up. Work was satisfactory
Description of Work: Needed emergency repair on the roof after a windstorm. Called two companies and Bartlett Roofing quickly responded and did the emergency repairs. Needed a new roof which they later replaced.

They gave me a quote then I had them come back to break it down so I could fully understand it. They did the job and the finished product is just gorgeous. We looked at the roof which we decided needed to be completely redone. They did soffits and fascia on the garage as well as gutters on one side. They took a forty-something year old garage and made it look brand new. There was enough siding left over from the garage that they will do the front of our house too. The workers were prompt, courteous, thorough, and I was very confident with them. They lived up to their quote which was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Bartlett Roofing did siding work, replaced the roof on our garage, and they also installed windows and a patio door for me.

The overall experience was one of the best I've experienced. The office staff and workmen were extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The whole process took only a week, which included an initial assessment, water test and actual work. They were extremely accommodating in working around my work schedule to minimize the amount of time I had to be at home and miss work. There were no surprises, and the final cost was exactly what they estimated. Additionally, I appreciated the extra attention they gave such as inspecting the other windows of the home and noticing the additional issue with the flashing from the builder, which I wasn't aware of. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I had a water leak in the arch of the large half circle window in our two-story foyer and couldn't tell if the leak was through the siding, roof or window. I contacted Bartlett Roofing, Siding & Windows Inc., and they were extremely accommodating. They sent someone out while I was at work to do an initial assessment and set up an appointment for two days later, at which time they performed a water test. It was hard to tell where exactly the water was coming from, but they hypothesized that it was through some pinhole cracks in the window calk. They performed a thorough check and even did a walk around the house to check other windows. We subsequently made an appointment for three business days later for the actual work. They re-calked the window on the outside. On the inside, they scraped down the water damage, repaired the damaged area and applied Kilz. They would have also painted, but I forgot to pick up paint. While doing the inspection, they also noticed (outside) that the builder had improperly applied some flashing, which was causing water to drain into the siding vs the gutter. They made that repair as well.

The only difficulty working with them is that they were much more expensive than the other companies that I looked at. But they were professional and they were prompt, but they were about half again as much.
Description of Work: They came out and gave us an estimate for a complete replacement of our roof. They gave an estimate for roofing over the original, and also one for tearing off the original and putting on a new one.

They did an excellent job. They also charge me a very reasonable price. They finish the work right on time. They made sure to keep their working area very clean and free of debris. I will definitely recommend them and I will hire them in the near future.

We got several quotes, but theirs was by far the lowest. It was hard to get someone to come and look at the problem since it was a small project. Although there was a slight snafu the first time they were scheduled - the worker cut his hand while purchasing the copper flashing and was forced to go to the emergency room instead of fix our roof - we were able to reschedule within a week's time. When he did actually fix the roof, he did a great job. My husband was impressed with the quality of the work. All of the mess and debris was cleaned up. Overall, a very high quality job at a good price.
Description of Work: We had a roof leak around our chimney. He installed a new copper counter flashing around the chimney and replaced the shingles in the area.
