Description of Work: I was very happy with this company's service and professionalism. In addition to the garage door tune-up that I had purchased, I asked them to quote and replace the seal around the door which they did in under an hour. Price was reasonable and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen came to my home to check and repair the garage door, which I assume had not been checked since installed, approx. 14 years ago. They performed and inspection and lubed all movable parts and then checked my opener and repaired/replaced the battery in that. They were at my home for approximately 30 minutes. They were professional and called me prior to confirm that I was home. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: At first I was scheduled to have them tune up the garage door, then the severe electrical storm in the nighborhood fried the circuit board in the garage door opener. They replaced the opener, replaced the numeric keypad, and replaced the rollers (which also needed replacement). When sunlight interfered with the safety sensors, they returned to reverse the sending and transmitting unit, which so far has solved the problem. I was very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Well - I took Friday morning off work because they were to come between 10 - noon. They called at 11:15 and stated they couldn't make it until 1 or 2 - I said that was unacceptable. They arranged to come Saturday. When the serviceman came I asked if I should move my car - he said no. After he left I had a film of an oily substance all over the left side of my car - including the windows (I assume he sprayed a lubricant on the chain above my car). I couldn't get all the substance off using Windex and had to take my car to a car wash, they couldn't get all the substance off my paint job, but they did get it off my windows.
