They came on time in fact they called because they had a opportunity and was able to come earlier. I thought that was great that they called and asked if they could come sooner.The entire job went great and would definitely hire them again in the future.

Description of Work: I selected this vendor because my husband had used their services quite a while ago. When I first tried to arrange the appointment I was transferred to another number with a different company name. They came for the Angie's List offer diagnosis of the door opener problem; told me after a very, very short inspection (involving some very loud banging on the unit) that the unit had to be replaced because the part was broken and unavailable, for an amount higher than I'd seen in my research for that unit. They told me they would not apply this visit toward the cost of the job. They didn't have one in their truck, so they would charge me another trip charge plus the cost of the replacement and installation if I hired them. He didn't seem particularly interested in the job. I didn't use their services. The vendor I used (another Angie's List provider) charged me less than this estimate, came as soon as my work schedule allowed, and was very professional, gave great attention to both my garage doors and patiently answered any questions I had in a non-condescending manner. I will use this vendor, not A Absolute, in the future.

Description of Work: I was having a problem with my garage door and did not know the nature of the problem. I was advised that I need a new garage door opener, which they installed. Price seemed reasonable, they were there, so I agreed to the installation.
