Description of Work: I was disappointed due to the fact that the provider left my garage door so it has a one inch gap due to a calculation problem with the door. This means that snow will now get into my garage when winter arrives. Also, I thought it to be rude for him to remove the last service providers information from my garage and then tell me that they don't like that provider. I will be calling the previous provider in the future. They are cheaper and they actually fixed the problem and my door closed all the way after they were done. Now I have to pay twice to remedy the same problem.

He was very patient with all the emails I sent him to ask even more questions before we actually ordered the door. When it was time to install the door his installation guy was sick so he came and installed the door himself. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Work included removal of existing door, rails and weatherstripping and replacement with new door, wheels, rails, springs and adjustment of garage door opener. Job was done swiftly, expertly and with excellent workmanship. I could not have been happier with the parts and service provided by A-Advantage.

Description of Work: Used Angie deal pricing to have A Absolute replace both garage door springs. Arrived on time/professional/did good job in quick time. While on site, technician suggested replacing door track wheels at some point. I decided to do it while he was on site for additional $98 to replace all of the wheels. Now door is really quiet and smooth. Also, office staff is on the ball - send out receipts by email after job. Not the biggest thing, but it is professional and helps me keep all my house work organized digitally for future reference.

The technician/specialist Jr. Avina was polite, professional, friendly and informative. The work was done in a very timely manner, area was left clean and all packing materials/old parts removed. Mr. Arina did a very through job of explaining the new controls, the remote programming and the method to register the warranty. The service was A+ and the price was very competitive/fair. my recommendation is without qualification - Top notch!

Description of Work: They tuned up and lubricated all the necessary parts. They also replaced the old rollers on the garage door. They were very responsive and transparent in what they were doing. They also showed me what I should do every 3 to 4 months to lubricate the moving parts.
