Absolute did a FABULOUS job on both my garage door and garage floor. The repair was responded too same day I called, and then Matt and his crew came back a week later to apply my new epoxy flooring. I have never been more satisfied with a contractor from beginning to end, from punctuality to quality of work. This company definitely deserves 5+ stars and would highly recommend for any of your garages needs or upgrades!!!

The installation of my garage and basement epoxy flooring exceeded my expectations. Matt and his crew showed up on time, kept me informed on the process and cleaned up making it look better than before they arrived. Matt and his team were kind, knowledgeable and professional and we are loving our new flooring. Matt arrived on time and finished the door promptly. He also was accommodating when I asked to adjust the door since the concrete ground is not level.

Repair went very well. Technician was on time and completed the repair in 45 minutes. Also adjusted opener for safer operation. I was very pleased with the results.

I cannot thank Absolute Garage Doors enough for coming out to fix our garage door when it acted up late Saturday afternoon just before a holiday. They came out and got it running smoothly. They called me when they were on the way. They gave my husband some tips to keep our door running smoothly. I will definitely use them again.

Replaced both springs. But was told that I wouldn't get warranty unless I also changed center bracket with bearing and end plate bearings. So I said ok and got all of it done. Got $30 discount as I contacted them thru Angie's list.

I have a heavy wooden door and was thinking of replacing it so I found a company close to me with a good reputation and a coupon and then called Absolute Doors and Home services. He was a nice guy, prompt all that good stuff but more importantly he did a great job. Told me I didn't really need a new door and proceeded to give the tune-up, which when he was done the door was leveled and so much quieter than ever before. Saved me some cash by not having to get a new door and I'd definitely feel comfortable called them again if needed.

Company was easy to work with. They made sure I understood differences in insulation ratings and door quality. Scheduler stayed in touch while doors were on order. Installation went smoothly.

Great job all around. Matt gave an honest estimate for what I needed, didn’t just suggest the highest price items. Once the door was in stock they set up a day to put it in. New door, tracks, opener done in 4-5 hrs. Would definitely recommend them again.

I found this company on Angie's List and decided to try based of reviews, discount offered and they are located in my village and I like to support locally. They contacted me promptly after registering for discount and job was done by the next day. The job was done properly and they thoroughly explained what they were doing. Also took time to point out potential future issues with other parts(existing and not part of the install) and what to watch for should they begin to fail. The bonus for us was when they finished our door closed completely to floor without gap and that was an issue that had existed since had new door installed several years prior by different installer. That previous installer had left us to believe that was as good as we could expect and we disappointingly just accepted. We did not even think to mention this problem to Absolute Door, they installers just went about their job and when they were finished the door now closes properly to the floor - no more gap! I will recommend them to others and consider them first for any future work.

The workers were prompt and professional. All old parts were taken away. The spring replacement was done a month earlier, that cost was was $359.00. Torsion cables were also replaced, they were starting to show wear. Rollers were also lubricated. Workers showed me all problem areas before replacing. That work was completed on June 26. I had the garage door replaced on August 1. They installed a Liftmaster belt driven opener. The opener is now very quiet, much quieter than a chain driven opener and our old Genie opener. I also had them replace the rollers with nylon rollers based on their recommendation. The nylon rollers have a lifetime guarantee.

I'm very pleased with the service. Called at 7AM this morning and the guys were here before 11AM. Installation went smoothly and they walked me through all the functionality of the opener even though it was one I purchased on my own from Home Depot. I would definitely recommend them.

We have an old garage with an old wooden garage door. One of the springs had snapped, rendering the overhead door inoperable. I had put off dealing with it, as we only use our garage for storage. But we are about to have a new kitchen remodel project, and I realized we need to use the garage for temporary cabinet storage! Oy. I needed a new door fast (like in a couple of days), so I called up Absolute, based on quantity and quality of reviews. I left a message. Matt returned my call in a couple of hours. I explained the situation, and asked if he could, at the very least, fix my existing door by the end of the week (this was Tues). I assumed a new door would take longer. But Matt said he would come check it out later that day and give me a quote for both repair or replacement. He explained my options, and said he could do either in the next couple days. I was pleasantly surprised by the turn-around time, so I went ahead and agreed to a new door. Since the door was original from the 50's, Matt explained -- and I understood -- that I would need all new tracks, spring, hardware, etc. But even with all that, the total came to $749 installed, which I was happy with (no door opener needed). I never bought a garage door, nor had time to get any other quotes, so I felt this was a fair price. At least it was below average on the Angie's List Pricing Guide! Matt came on Thursday, two days after initial contact. He showed up within the 2-hour window he gave me. The job took him just under 2.5 hours. He demonstrated the finished door, and hauled away all removed parts. He was very professional, friendly, and did solid workmanship. I would definitely hire again!

Matt did a great job. He was helpful in picking out different doors and providing his opinion as to what would look good. Not at all pushy when choosing doors. Install and workmanship was also great. Highly recommend.

I found this "FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED" service on the Angie's List website. i chose the company because I read the reviews. So I want to support the good reviews that I read. Because they came so quickly after we phoned the number. The gentleman who came to my house, went 'above and beyond' the required evaluation! He pointed out the problem immediately and needed to get up on a ladder to look at the garage door opener motor, etc. He spent so much time to make sure that the transponder not only worked, but went smoothly. Also showed us how to connect the truck, so we did not need the opener itself! We were so pleased that this company proudly stood behind it's reputation. The fee was so very reasonable.

It was good that I had them come to service the door. One of the springs was broken and it was repaired the same day.

Matt was great. Garage door opener stopped working on a Sunday. He responded to my call and completed the work the next day. Professional and timely. In addition to a new garage door opener he reset the opener on my wife's car, tuned up the door and replaced the nylon rollers that would have been broken in the near future. Very reasonable priced.

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail of the installation. Afterwards he explained the warranty and maintenance to ensure proper functionality of the door for years to come! Price was great, he was on time and cleaned everything up.
