I received same-day service. The technician arrived on-time. He made the repair expediently. He took time to explain and demonstrate the operation of my garage door. The company provides a generous four year parts warranty!

Well I bought the groupon for the garage door tune up. And by the time we made an appointment out garage door starting to get stuck in the middle. The tecnition told me that our runners in the garage door trails are too small thats why they keep coming out. He did changed all the runners. It works fine now.

I contacted A Absolute Garage Door Company and they responded and came out the same day. Matt quickly accessed the operation of the door and recommended that the rollers also be replaced, along with the cable. I knew the operation of my garage door was loud and clunky, but never gave it any thought. Now with the new rollers it's smooth and quiet. Nice!

My wife called me and said the garage door wouldn't go up, and she was unable to lift the door manually after releasing the catch. I called up Matt from A Absolute Garage Door Company, and left a quick message. He responded within a few minutes, guessed that it was probably the torsion spring, and said he could have someone out the same day. My wife had an appointment in a couple of hours, and she was basically trapped in the garage, so I asked Matt if he could get her out of the garage before she had to leave. He said he would, and was out to the house quickly, and had her out of the garage in no time. He got the springs replaced and the garage is working great again! This is the third time I've had Matt come out to the house, and I'll continue to use him. I think he's the best garage door guy in the tri-cities area. Thanks Matt!

Called and asked if they could come out today. They arrived within 1 hour, inspected the garage door and parts, confirmed springs needed to be replaced and said our rollers would last about 1 more year. I decided to have rollers replaced at the same time. Matt was courteous, prompt and repairs were done in about an hour.

This is a n excellent quality door at a great price. The installers were on time and very professional. I'm a comparison shopper and did lots of research before making this purchase. I got a great door that enhances the look of my home and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Matthew did an excellent job. He was on time, explained all the work, and his pricing on a new opener beat the competition (w/ the Angies List deal) by about $100. I bought a foreclosure, and the garage door was in bad shape. I couldn't get the opener to work at all. When he arrived he was able to get the door working, but only very sporadically. After further investigation he explained that the opener had a date of 1998 and the circuit board had a later date, so it had been through at least one repair during its life. I was interested in salvaging, but he seriously recommended replacing given the inconsistent operation. I eventually took him up on the suggestion and I think I made a good choice. For $469 he installed a new opener (1/2 hp Lift Master - the same model as the other quotes I got), he replaced both cable drums, installed all new rollers, and made all the necessary adjustments. He also bent one of the tracks back into shape at no extra charge as one of the rollers was popping out each time the door closed. After he was done he explained all the new equipment to me very thoroughly. I would highly recommend.

I called and spoke to Matthew on August 20th,2015 regarding my garage door spring replacement. He was very courteous and gave me all the information I needed. He scheduled the appointment for the nextday. David arrived on time ? matter of fact little earlier. He did a fantastic job!!! David was very honest and professional. He did a good inspection of the overall door and provided me with good information to maintain it. Apart from his garage door knowledge, his customer service skills are top notch!!! I would highly recommend David do any garage door work.

Amazing! Matt Schafer is a credit to small business owners in America. Additionally, I didn't need to "print out" and have any additional paper. I told that I was an Angie's List member and he applied any applicable discounts/coupons that he could offer. He was prompt, on-time, and done by 4:30 pm. I had called earlier in the morning due to an unexpected failure. He did not try to oversell "too much" product or a "too expensive" product. He offered a reasonable solution as well as maintenance tips and ongoing things to watch for in the future. Definitely a firm to consider if you have a future need.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician was knowledgeable, prompt and neat. He was also very willing to explain what needed to be done and why. Both scheduling and billing were handled simply and accurately. I would definitely use A Absolute Garage Door in the future.

I called on a Saturday (7/25/2015) to ask if they could repair my broken garage door. A year earlier I was very happy with their service installing a new garage door opener, but we did not replace the springs then. On Sat. 7/25/15 a very helpful man on the phone diagnosed the problem and scheduled a repair technician to come to my house Monday 7/27/15 between 3 - 5pm to replace the broken springs. I waited for them Monday and no one showed up. At 5:20pm I called them and got voice mail and left a message to call me back as no one showed up as scheduled. As of the next morning at 10:15am they hadn't called so I tried calling them again and got their voice mail again. This time I left a message cancelling the service call. We were very disappointed that Absolute failed to show up for their promised appointment, did not call back the next morning to explain and/or re-schedule, and never called back at all to apologize. We found another service on Angie's List that came Friday 7/31 and did a great job. We will use them (Aladdin Garage Door) in the future instead of A Absolute. One other smaller thing. When I first called Absolute on Saturday I was told someone could come to our house the next day, Sunday. I asked if there would be an upcharge for a Sunday service call and their rep said, "Yes, $40." But, I had to ask about that, I'm not sure he would have volunteered to tell me that had I not asked. I chose to wait until Monday to avoid the weekend upcharge .. but then no one showed up Monday.

They came within the time they said they would arrive and performed the tuneup. I will call them again.

We had A Absolute out twice, the first time from an Angie's List deal for a garage door tune-up. At that time they replaced the spring, which was needed badly. The tech also informed us that the opener motor was in bad shape, and could go at any time. He offered us tips to prolong its life for a while, but warned us it could go at any time. He also gave us general estimates for them to replace the opener when the time comes. Sure enough, about two weeks later the garage door opener broke. I called A Absolute, and they came out that very day and replaced the opener. They came to the house with several different types of openers for my husband to choose from. Overall, the company was professional and easy to deal with, and did a nice job with the work.

Woke up sat morning to an open garage door, realized it never closed night before. After playing it with realized torsion spring broke. Called Matt around like 10am, he was able to get out my house with in a few hours. Gave me a fair price and inspected rest of my door and gave it thumbs up. After he finished we go to test it and my opener was making an awful sound, turns out that I ended up breaking my opener by forcing it to open my door earlier that morning before i realized spring was broken. Matt had parts in truck gave me good price and went ahead and installed my new opener as well. I would highly recommend Matt and I will def pass his info to anyone looking for garage service. A+
