They showed up when they said they would and replaced a very old garage door opener. Polite, friendly and efficient.

I called at 9 am. Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all questions; arrived on time at 1 pm and did the work within 30 minutes. I received Angie's List price of $185.00. Excellent service and thank you to company and Angie's List.

Matt is very honest and professional. He did an excellent job of making the garage door work smoothly again. Our garage door had intermittent trouble closing properly and most of the metal rollers were worn, especially a bottom one which was attached to the spring. Matt evaluated the problem and replaced a bolt on the track where the door was catching at times. He also replaced the ten metal rollers with nylon rollers which have a lifetime warranty and did a tune-up on the garage door. Matt had pointed out that the two torsion springs would need replacement in the near future, which I could see was true since they were quite old and did not look right. So I chose to have him replace the two torsion springs now before the Chicago winter kicked in. In addition, I questioned him on the garage door since my husband had accidentally cracked one of the wood composite panels. He said it was not bad enough to affect the function of the door and that it would last a few more years. He told us what we needed to do to repair it until we are ready for a new door. I will definitely hire him again when it is time for a new garage door and when we need to replace the garage door opener. I highly recommend him for his superb work and honesty.

Matthew did a great job. He was very friendly and also professional. He quoted the price of the wheels and gave me a couple different options for the garage door opener. I picked the more expensive option and am really pleased with it. It is by far the quietest garage door i have ever had. I recommended him to my daughter and they also had him put in a new opener for their garage. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him back if needed in the future.

Matt and his helper came along at the appointed time slot after giving me a call. They went over the current condition of the door opener and state of the rollers. Then, they provided an estimate if I were to go with just replacing the rollers or replace the door opener too, which was 21 years old. Eventually, went ahead with replacing both rollers and the door opener. Matt was quick and thorough with his work and completed it on time. Also offered to upgrade the door opener switch unit, which I denied later.

The garage door spring at my daughter's house broke with a very loud noise when no one was in the garage. I checked Angie's List and liked the many good recent reviews for this company. I called them about 10 AM and they said they could come between 4 and 6 pm, and would call me a half hour before. Matt called me at 4:35 pm and said he would arrive in a half hour, which he did! Matt was very friendly and competent, and I learned more about garage doors as we chatted while he worked. They had quoted $185 over the phone for a double door, and charged less ($135 complete) for the spring because it was a single door. I thought I might need new cables, which would have been another $70, but Matt said the existing ones looked great, they just needed to be reattached, having come off when the spring broke. Total time, about a half hour. I had a great experience start to finish!

This company has become my go-to for any and all of my garage door questions, concerns and repairs. This is my second time using this company and again, I am very happy with my choice. Matt and his team are excellent at what they do and you can really tell that Matt enjoys his job, respects his customers and values his business. I spoke with Chris to make my garage door tune up appointment, and when I had further questions, called back and spoke with Deanna, who is an absolute delight! Deanna was able to answer all of my questions. The next day Matt came out to complete my tune up. Matt went over each of the major garage door components with me and advised me to keep an eye out for a few areas that might need work within the next year or so. There were no harsh sale tactics used and I felt very comfortable with the work performed. My husband went out to the garage and ended up engaging in conversation with Matt about other non-related garage door topics, which he really enjoyed. I love when I'm able to find companies that genuinely care for the customer and this is one of those companies. I have already referred this company to some relatives and my neighbor and I am confident that when/if I need garage service again, they will be the only ones that I call!

The provider did not show up as scheduled. I called the next day and he said his appointment was not transferred from Angies List to his own schedule. He apologized, recognized that someone probably had to take off from work to be home, and offered to install a new keypad for the garage door at no cost to us, which he did. We were satisfied with the resolution.

I called around 4 pm for an estimate on a garage door opener install and Matt was at my home by 8:45 the next morning. He did the install, including the key pad and was finished by 9:30. I'm very happy with the job done - highly recommend.

Called and talked to Chris about my broken opener and asked for pricing on replacing it. He gave me 2 options for Liftmaster and Chamberlain as well as belt or chain drive. Based on our discussion we settled on a Chamberlain belt drive unit. They were having a special on the Chamberlain unit including 2 remotes, as well as a keypad and installation. We called back the next day and talked to Matt and made the appointment. He was very flexible and able to work within our schedule. He gave us a 2-hour window for Thursday afternoon and said he would call 1/2 hour before he arrived. On Thursday, Matt called and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and got right to work taking out the old opener. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his work. He had the new opener installed just as fast and did a very professional job. He spent considerable time when he was done demonstrating the operation of the unit as well as all of the accessories. The whole thing took about 45 minutes and he was gone. He cleaned up and took away the old unit as well. I would definitely call him again.
