Matt diagnosed the problem within three minutes and fixed it within five minutes after that while giving me a basic explanation of what he was doing. We also had a great discussion of the app, available through Chamberlain and Lift Master, that allows remote monitoring/opening/closing of the door. Afterward, he did some basic maintenance and greased the moving parts and explained the labor warranty. He obviously knew exactly what to do and how to do it and knew the available products well enough so when I asked, he gave me quotes for an upgrade.

A Absolute was amazing. We called them with an emergency situation at 7:30 at night on Saturday and they were out by 8:30 and diagnosed and fixed our door so it worked better than ever. We are grateful for the wonderful service this company provided us in a time of need. Highly recommend

I just moved into a new place and my first expense consisted of the bar that hold the coils for the garage door sheared off from one of the brackets. Not only did the technician quickly and expertly make the repair, but he also did a lot of the little things and went that extra mile. I was amazed how different my garage door sounded after he was finished. So much quieter than before. Great job. Would recommend to anyone needing a garage door repaired.

It went great, emailed and called me to confirm time. The installer showed up as scheduled, was very professional and efficient. Product works great, no complaints at all, would use them again anytime.

The cables broke and I had to open the garage door to get the cars out. But after I got the cars out it looked like the door shifted to one side. So the garage was stuck open. I called A Absolute Garage Door. I left a message and Matt called me back in less than 5 min of leaving the message. He told me he could be out to the house in about 90 min. He explained that he was at another job and would be out right after. He called me at the 90 min mark saying that he just finished the other job and he was 20 min away. Matt arrived and he was very professional. He gave me the quote. He did the repairs quickly and well. He did mention that the garage door opener was starting to wear down but he did not try to sell that service and just gave the advice and an estimate of what it would cost to replace either the gear or the entire opener. Matt is a great owner and technician.

First of all, I was so thankful that the phone was answered on a Sunday afternoon. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service provider showed up on schedule. He patiently explained the extent of the damage and what needed to be done to repair it. Thankfully, the damage wasn't too severe.

Great. Handled our unusually tall garage very well and did fast, clean work

They came and looked at the door to give me a price. I explained there was a problem with the side door hitting the old track and side door only opened part way. Next day they came and install the door and fixed the problem with the side door so now it opens all the way, and it was a surprise as there was no charge for it. Garage floor is out of level but they made the door seal to keep water out. I will use this company again when we redo the garage. This company is one of the guys how care about you. Try them you will love them

The repair man that fixed my garage door was very nice and extremely knowledgeable! The cost of my repair was comparable if not a few dollars cheaper than the other companies I spoke with. I will definitely use them again! :o)

I was having issues with the garage safety sensors. I did a little trouble shooting myself with no results. I contacted them Sunday night and they were out by Monday evening. Turns out it wasn't any significant issue. He cleaned the sensors and repositioned them to a higher level. Also helped get the lights working again. Very professional and responsive. I will use them for all my garage door needs in the future.

The garage door had closed abruptly when trying to open it. So we called A Absolute Garage Door Company to inspect the issue and give us a quote for repair/replacement. Although it was a Sunday, they had availability and were able to provide service for only an additional $30 since it was a Sunday instead of Mon-Sat. Matt was very friendly and fully explained the issue. The garage door springs had broken and consequently the garage door opener motor was overworked and the chain then came off the track. He recommended that the opener be replaced, as it was quite worn from the extra work with the spring breaking. So we decided to have both the springs and door opener replaced. He explained all the options for each along with prices/warranty options, and we opted for springs with a longer warranty since we plan to stay in our current home for several years. He then completed the job in just a couple of hours that Sunday morning. We are very happy with the results, our garage door opener is much quieter and everything is working fine. We appreciated the option to get the work done on Sunday, instead of waiting until Monday.

We purchased a daily deal to have a garage door check up done. Once the tech had a look at our existing garage door he told me that there was nothing that he could do - it was on it's way out. He didn't try really hard to sell us a new one, but we were already pretty tired of having it not work, so I just had him replace it. He quoted us a good price, was super quick, professional, friendly and they have a 25 year warranty. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

Excellent job. Called them on a Saturday morning and they were out in a few hours with no "up charge" for the weekend. He asked how long we were planning on keeping current wood doors as they are about 30 years old and getting close to needing replacement. Suggested I could get another 3-5 years out of them, and he'd recommend we just replace broken spring and rollers on one door where the spring broke in half and just rollovers on second door for now to keep cost down. Went over all work in detail. Very reasonably priced, prompt friendly service, and quality work.

I purchased a coupon for a new garage door opener on a Friday when my opener failed. They came out on Monday morning and replaced the unit, the spring and the rollers. The spring and rollers were not included in the price however they were over 18 years old and needed replacing. I would recommend this company and would hire them again without hesitation. Excellent response and customer service.

Awesome company to work with! This week, I walked in the garage to find a spring that opens it laying broken on the ground. Matt and Dave were extremely accommodating and prompt in scheduling to come out to identify / diagnose the issue right away. When we found out that there were some custom parts sizes for my garage; they kept the parts and labor at the previously agreed excellent price. I also appreciated getting to discuss the condition of my existing system and what other parts might need to be replaced in the future. Would definitely recommend this company! Thanks -

It was fine. It was in a timely fashion. There was no additional cost but they told me I needed a lot more work which I was skeptical about. I didn't have them do more work. I wasn't thrilled about that but I don't know if what they told me was true or not. I hired them because I had a door not opening. It ended up being an electrical problem that was unrelated to the garage. They could have not alarmed me. It was the first time I used them.

The spring on our 5 year old garage door broke yesterday. I called this morning and was able to have a tech out about an hour later. We could have replaced with a standard spring but given the frequent use of the door we were recommended to go with the upgraded spring with the lifetime warranty. We decided to go for it as it is not uncommon for the door to be opened and closed 4,5, 6 or more times a day. The install went well and he checked the door in the other bay (also 5 years old) and noted a few things that may need replacing in several years time, but not likely in the near future. All in all a good experience.
