Technician arrived on time. The work took a little longer than estimated but price was exactly as quoted, with Angie's List coupon. Both doors work very well.

The whole process went extremely well - from initially talking with Matt to set up an appointment, to selecting style and color, to installation by Carlos. Carlos did an absolutely fantastic job installing the new door and opener, as well as explaining the various features of the openers. He left a neat, clean site - even checking for and wiping off any smudges on the door. I will definitely use Absolute Doors again and recommend them to others.

Wonderful. I called on Friday afternoon when I determined the key pad no longer worked. I was able to make appt for Tues afternoon at a time convenient for me. Carlos came out and was easy to work with and explained what was wrong . He was able to replace the keypad and do the work needed on my door. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them.

very smoothly. I called about 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Mat who indicated he could stop by between 6-7, the same day! He called about 5:15 to let me know he was running early and would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived when he said he would, with a smile on his face. I explained the problem and showed Mat the door. He explained what needed to be done and the various options. He also inspected the door and pointed out a couple of other problems with the door (which I had already seen). The price was fair and everything was properly fixed.

Replacement of the torsion springs for garage door

Carlos came out and explained the issues. He also noted additional things to keep in mind as the doors are about 25 years old and he explained the options with no sales pitch. He serviced the doors and replaced the sensor in 45 minutes. I posted th job this morning and got a call from them within 10 minutes and Carlos came out a couple of hours later. Very quick and convenient.

I was told to expect the serviceman between 1-3 on New Years day. Matt called at 2:30 and told me he was finishing his prior call and would be there about 3...right on time. He replaced the broken parts, and I had him replace the spring, as it was over 12 years old. I was happy with the charge and service. Matt explained everything and was able to bend the panel back in place, and it doesn't need to be replaced. I recommend this family owned business. Excellent service on a holiday, and I plan on having him come back in Spring to replace my garage door opener which is about 30 year old!

Absolute was great! After submitting a quote request online, they provided a general quote and followed up via phone within minutes. An hour later, we had our appointment schedule for the same day. Install went smoothly and our tech, Carlos, was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need should arise.

Once again I have been extremely impressed by the quality of service from Absolute Door. I severely damaged our garage door and was unable to open it to get our cars out. Carlos was able to schedule a call and arrived less than two hours later ON A SUNDAY!!! Absolutely fantastic service.

Urned out that spiders webs were blocking he sensors. He cleaned them out and tuned up the door.
