Great. He and his team were on time when the door was installed. When the weather got cold and needed to be adjusted he showed up right on time and provided the fix and great customer service.

Called Tuesday (it was not an emergency) and David was out Wednesday for the repair. Very friendly, professional, quick, and did a great job! Definitely calling back for any garage door needs.

Very shortly (within days) after buying AL deal on line received call from Matt and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday between 11 and 1. They were very busy and nearing end of their typical season. After waiting until 1230pm, received a call from Matt stating one of his techs called in sick and due to a heavy number of calls could not make my appointment and someone would call me on Monday to reschedule. No one called so 6 days later I called in and left message. Matt promptly called me back and we rescheduled for the next day. He arrived within the allotted time and very professionally completed the tune up; explaining what he was doing, finding, fixing. He also gave me potential issues to look out for with an approx. cost to fix. I was very pleased with the quality of work and pleased there was no pressured upcharging/ upselling!

Went well, he recommended I replace the wheels which I did & I had him replace weather strip on smaller door while he was there. I'm very pleased with the results!

The owner, Matthew was very responsive to my call for an estimate. He went over the options and I decided to go with him removing and replacing the weather strip retainer and I provided a special weather strip which I had purchased online to prevent chipmunks from entering my garage. Matthew did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and after he completed the work, he took the time to do an inspection and tune up my door for no additional charge. He lubricated the, track, hinges and springs. Then he tightened every nut on the door.. Finally he saw where a bolt had broken and reinforced the area. He alos mentioned that if the time came to replace my door he had a supplier where he could get an insulated door at around $1100 installed for a 16ft (2 car garage) which I thought was pretty reasonable

Arrived on time, gave accurate quote, got the work completed all within three days. Very professional. Reasonably priced.

Everything was great from start to finish -- the estimate process, customization of the door I wanted, willingness to work with my schedule, and actual installation of the new door and removal of the old door. Matt was professional, friendly, cooperative, and the workers who did the installation were efficient, friendly, and professional in all that they did.

Everything went fine even after a day and time mix up on my part. They were very accommodating.

My interaction with this company started off well. I was surprised that they could come out the same day to diagnose and repair my garage door. The manager gave me a service window of 2pm-4pm. By 4:20pm they had not arrived or called so I called them. The manager explained that they got behind on the last job and would be at my house in 25 minutes. Turns out, this was false. The technician called at 5pm to say that he was just leaving a job about 30 minutes away. He ended up arriving at 5:45pm. He quickly (<5 minutes) diagnosed the problem and gave us a price. Since the motor needed to be replaced (we had previously assumed that the cables were bad) we decided to go through our home warranty instead. The technician called his manager to see if the service fee could be discounted for us. He agreed to a whopping $10 discount. So, we paid $50 for 5 minutes of their time, after waiting nearly 4 hours for them to show up. We will not be calling them again.

Everything went well. Work arrangements were made two days after I purchased the deal. Two technicians were on time, and in 1 1/2 hours I had a new garage door opener in place and working smoothly. The workers were friendly, polite and professional. In the future, would definitely use, and recommend A Absolute Co.

Wonderfully. When the tech arrived, he totally went over my doors needs, and how the installation was going to go. We discussed the openers abilities, and what extra products I might need. He also pointed out a part that needed being replaced on my door. He then got to work, after he asked for my understanding of what he needed to do. Barely got back into the house, and he was done. We went over the new openers operation, and what each item does and doesn't do. He then had me check each remote to make sure they worked. And put up with my questions. He was really great to work with. A 2nd tech arrived with extra door openers I asked to purchase. They both made sure these new items worked, and had me try them. The area was so clean, you would hardly know they had been there. To giant thumbs up for this purchase and install.

Amazingly professional. I called another company first from Google who came yesterday. The guy from Google charged $29 and turned up in a banger. So not a good start. He literally looked at it and tried to push a new sale on me. I thought this was odd. So I said no thank you. I did what I should have done. I went onto Angie's list and found Matt's company. Wow what a difference. He properly diagnosed the issue on the first place to be a sensor problem, lubricated everything and tightened everything so that it got working again. I asked him how much and he reminded me of the Angie's list discount, very honest. He did such a good job, I took him to see a second garage door. He diagnosed that one too as not sync'd to the remote and then fixed and adjusted the rollers so that it shut properly. All in all an amazing job and nice to deal with a true expert in their field.
