They came on the day we wanted and at the time they said. The service was quick and efficient. The next day when the garage door kept going up aftr we closed, they came back quickly and fixed it.

I'm so happy that I used Angie's List to find a garage door repairman instead of calling the number on the service sticker on my garage door. Not only did Matt save me hundreds on a spring replacement, he also recommended replacing my 15 year old motor instead of repairing it. End result, I have a brand new Chamberlain garage door opener installed for about the same price as a repair!

Terrible customer service. I called them and it just kept ringing. I called next day and finally got through (also sent e-mails) when I finally reached then. I couldn't even get an apology. For having to chase them down.

The seal that they put in on the bottom at the door detached. They came out and repaired it in a timely manner

Excellent. They came and measured on their own, didn't have to be there for that. Then they came on the coldest day of the year to my surprise, and installed the door. I left them alone about halfway through as I had to get back to work, and when I came home it was done perfectly. Everything has been working great, and it's a high quality door. Very happy with them!

Excellent! Explained why it was happening (hinges were broken) and why it happened (measured the garage door and explained it was too large for the opening! and told me how long I could use it before hinges, etc. would most likely break again (2 years). He even explained what to do if the overhead hinge broke while I had the car inside (I had to power it up and lift the door at the same time). Only charged me $8.00 per broken door hinge. He also put in a new rubber liner which sealed everything even tho my concrete is very uneven. The extremely small area (a thumbnail) that was not sealed was because of the wall, "not" floor, that was broken off - and explained to me how I could fix it by using a foam product (Great Stuff) that would adhere to the wall. I could not be more happy! When the time comes to get a new garage door will definitely hire them again.

Besides the tune-up, I had the sensors replaced along with a few other mechanical pieces that were original equipment (circa 1978!). The job was done professionally and quickly. I am quiet happy with the work. Because my garage door is wooden, I'm still waiting to get the rubber strip replaced.

After making the appointment with the office manager, Deanna, we made some changes to the order and added a garage door opener. The installer arrived on time, took some measurements and realized due to a lack of space he needed to replace one of the panels to make sure it would fit correctly. He returned, installed the modified door and opener. He then explained everything, programed the openers and keypad, cleaned up and took the old door panels with him. He was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience overall.

They arrived within the specified time and explained everything they were going to do. They were efficient and completed the job within the time frame I was given. The installers were professional and got the job done. At the end, time was spent going over the specifics of the job, as well as warranty information. They had me program my keypad and used both clickers to demonstrate they worked.

They were great! They removed the bottom strip. I told them I was going to do it myself and then he said, ?you can?t do it yourself now, but you couldn?t have done it before, because they have to remove a metal part from the bottom and then put a new metal part with the weather stripping. He gave me that insight and told me what kind of stuff that I should put on the railings and all of that, what not to use on the rubber bearings. He was very nice, very, very nice. The price was fine, because it would have cost me, I think $15 for the weather stripping had I known how to do it myself. So, the fact that they came out and put it on, it was definitely worth it. Well, we had a bit of a problem with scheduling, but once we had that straighten out, it was fine, it was an ?A?! There were different reasons why they couldn?t make it at first, but once we settled on a definite time, they were here, they were on time, and they were done, with my complete satisfaction. Right on time, 3 o-clock! Very professional, did his job, he did it in a timely fashion, cleaned up, took all his garbage with him. So, it was great, it was an ?A?.

The job was done well. The specialist was very courteous and knowledgeable. The garage door closes much better since the tune up.

I wasn't home while work was done, but my wife said the tech that came out was very informative and very professional, offered some repairs not needed att but said in time it would be needed, will call them back for that repair.

Tech arrived on time. Pointed out a couple of issues I had. I had my rollers replaced at a additional cost but the garage door has never functioned so well.
