I called Friday evening around 7pm. The job was scheduled for Saturday morning. The job was completed in less time than was estimated. Matt thoroughly explained the project and how the repairs would ever be made. I will definitely use A Absolute Garage again.

The removal of the old door and installation of the new door went well. However, I would like to have the vendor send warranty and maintenance documentation.

Second time using this firm. The garage-door spring suddenly broke with the door stuck down. Professional and prompt service all the way around. Called about 8 a.m. A few minutes later had a call-back with an ETA of 9:30-10:30. About 9:30 two techs arrived, sized up the job, went about their work and finished in about 20 minutes or so. Door never has worked better in its 30 years. Price was in the range expected based on recent spring replacements from others we know. Definitely will call them next time we need service.

From start-to-finish, I had an excellent experience with this vendor. Matt came out and I was highly impressed with his level of customer service. He was punctual, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided a very thorough explanation of the work and did a walk-through when finished, clearly identifying the repairs he had done. Matt also took his time to review any questions I had. He is truly superb and I would gladly re-hire him for additional garage door work.

Went great. They were a little difficult to schedule but once done, everything went smoothly. The installer came out on time, performed work and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I'd use them again.

Company was able to get someone out the next day. Jason arrived within the window of service and did a fantastic job. I've only had the garage door installed for a couple days but it really is great and so happy it's so quiet as well. Will contact this company with any of my other garage needs if needed. They also have a great warranty and competitive pricing compared to the other companies I contacted.

Matt was able to assess the problem and make the proper repairs within 30-45mins. After he was done he walked me through the repairs and helped me trouble shot some possible sensor issues down the line i.e. cobwebs over sensors in the summer. I can't believe it's the same garage door because it works perfectly now. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Came very quickly after called, duscussed options, replaced the spring and also noticed a broken hinge and replaced that too. Kept me very well informed. I plan on replacing the door in the summer and will definitely call this company.

Started out with a problem. Had appointment set but no one showed. The office manager got sick and appointment was blown. Got contacted later and new appointment was set and showed up on time. At initial contact I had also asked about new weather stripping for door. As an apology, they put new weather stripping on door for no charge. Done well and quickly. Very please with work done.

It went very well. The man that came was very polite, careful and detail oriented and he did leave until everything was as perfect as could be with an old and heavy door.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for garage door tune up for $99. The technician was prompt and was able to quickly assess my one garage, which looked to be in good condition and did not require much work aside from some bolt tightening and lubrication of wheels. As this was minimal work, he offered to work on my second garage door to offset the cost. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to increase the lifespan of my garage in the future. WIll not hesitate to use Absolute Garage Door Company again.

The gentleman was prompt, professional and honest. He did not try to sell me on something, rather told me the system had been updated and was in good shape. I needed a new weather strip on the bottom of the garage door which I was aware of and he put a new one on.
