Bad. Had to go with another vendor.

Called to find out about a free estimate but I was told they don't do free estimates so I called someone else that does.

The door I ordered was not in the warehouse so they upgraded it to a better door. I did not have a problem with that. The tech did a very good job even in some tight spaces and he cleaned up after himself very well. He was also very personable. I am very pleased with both the door and the opener.

I had A Absolute come out in 2016 and replace the rollers and tune up the door opener. At that time, the technician advised me that eventually I would need a new spring. Beginning in the Spring of 2017, I called several times and got the answering service each time. The first appointment rolls around, and they don't show up. Attempted reschedule, and now they will not answer nor return calls. I was very happy with the original work, and wanted to hire this company again to service the door and perhaps replace the springs. Since I never received any response despite additional call backs on my part, I will not use this company again. I am guessing that, despite their statements regarding their coverage area, I live too far away from where they want to provide service.

Great! Called, got call back and set up appointment, and Matt, the owner, came out himself, very timely, efficient and seemed like an all around good person. Made the repairs I needed, made some other recommendations and evaluation of my door opening system, ie, will probably need to replace the motor in couple years, but good for now...so felt informed and educated without being pushed. Will definitely call again if I need that replaced. Also changed some of the rollers...had some used ones from another job and saved me some money as well. And the door, never been so quiet and smooth. So I would say it went great. Even gave me some discounts when i told him from Angie's list...discounted $45 and only charged me face for the bottom rubber, so all told,feel like I got a great deal and did a great job. Would recommend this business.

Our experience with Matthew (the owner) was wonderful. Matthew takes great pride and did an excellent job. We even had 1 door come in that was the wrong size 1 day and by the next day he had a replacement which he drove several hours to get. I consider that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even if he was going to be 10 minutes late, he would call. The job was done in 2 days and looked wonderful. We are thrilled.

The overall experience was good but there was lack of communication. When purchasing this deal, I provided 4 different dates and times of availability. All dates passed with no response. After that, I sent a message in which they responded relatively quickly with an alternate date option which did not work for me. I then responded with another date and did not hear back from anyone for a few days until I sent a reminder. That date did work out. From that point forward everything was great! Neil, the technician has very professional and did a great job. We will likely either be replacing our doors or at minimum, the springs this fall and will be contacting them for a quote.

changed rollers and chains, I think the springs too. The house has two garage doors to one common garage. Tuned everything up and installed a keypad for entry. Very professional. Arrived on time, worked quickly and did very good work. Even changed the light bulbs.

Ordered this special on June 5th. Was scheduled for Monday June 12th 8-10am. No one showed. Called and got someone from a call service who took all of my information and said they needed to contact the scheduler. 2 hour later a service tech called to apologize stating there was a mistake in scheduling and that I was mistaken scheduled for Wednesday. We pushed the next scheduling to today, Monday June 19th 8-10am. No one has shown up. Called the 800 number. Got the same person who had to retake all of the same information. Clearly I was not already in a system accessible to her. Stated she needed to contact the scheduler. I've requested a cancellation of service and any applied charges. Disappointing as the special rate was a good deal.

He indicated that the springs on one side of the garage door were weaker than the other side and said eventually they would need to be replaced although not quite yet. I liked that he didnt push the issue to sell as others would. I would hire hire them again.
