We love the new door. It replaced an old damaged one that we kept too long. We also had the sensors and got a tune-up on another door. All of the work went well.

Purchased the Big deal for Garage door replacement. Provided them with the address and contact number for the service the very same day. was never contacted even for a pre-installation inspection. Disappointed. Requested refund from Angie's List

Great. The technician made recommendations that were legitimate and not excessive. He was professional and I feel the maintenance was well worth it. It was preventative and will save me the near future headache that would have been.

Outstanding. Cannot say enough about the technician who performed the maintenance check. He was great. Consider me a loyal customer for any future garage door needs/issues.

David was punctual, competent, efficient and pleasant; cannot ask for more than that. He also urged me to periodically apply silicone spray and not to use WD-40 as it collects dust. Upon inspection, her recommended changing the rollers as the ball bearings were loose and I could see and hear that. He installed a complete new set of rollers with a lifetime warranty and completed everything in about 50 minutes; and, cleaned up with no mess left behind.

Great job. Punctual, friendly & knowledgeable service provider. Gave me information in plain language and didn’t try to upsell. Quick and easy. And gave a reasonable 2 hour window for arrival so I didn’t have to be there all day.

Good. I was impressed how quickly everything was installed. However, one of the garage door panels was creased on the inside. The creasing occurred during the delivery, presumably as the panels were bound together with rope. I noticed the creasing and informed the installer. He indicated the creasing would go away within a few days. It did not. I wondered whether I should complain as the creasing was on the inside of the garage panels. I decided that I wanted everything to look new, not damaged and called about the issue. A new panel was delivered and installed in about a month (order and delivery time). I was happy with the new panels. But, I did notice the aluminum of the panels was showing through the paint job in numerous areas if one looked closely. The installer touched up all of the areas that I pointed out, but I wonder how long the paint job will hold out after a number of years

Great. One garage door is working again. Both doors are much smoother and less noisy with replacement of rollers and alignment.

Had a very poor experience. He installed garage door springs. In a very short span (within a week or so) the door developed a squeak that was very sharp and loud. I requested service under terms of warranty and they gave an appointment for coming down to take care of the squeak. Then, very mysteriously I was sent an email saying "the tech is at door are you there?" on a wrong day. Then they sent mails to deliberately obscure and create appointment conditions that were impractical. Like "we cannot come tomorrow" and then saying "we can come today at ...". Long story short, he was reluctant to come and service the poor work performed. Warranty for work has not been honored, basically.

The spring had broken from our door and they came in to fix it and we ended up, long story, we ended getting our garage door replaced. Talking with the gentleman, the door is probably original with the house. The house was built in 1957. He said that the hardware was ole, that his tools wouldn't even fix it. When he replaced the spring he said "Looking at the age of the door, here's what might happen and I'm going to tell you why." He was really good at explaining it and he said that if we get just a couple of,replace two more parts, we're going to need to talk about replacing the door. I'm like yeah, I can live with that. He came back and said yeah it's the problem. Today the cost was nothing. He replaced the spring. Then we just went in and the cost will end up being $814 but that's replacing everything. We got that started today. The young man that came was very personable. He was very careful to say "I'm not on commission. I'm not trying to sell you a door because I get anything." He was very upfront about this is how much this is going to cost and this and this and this. He said and then when you're looking at the price of the new door." I said "Oh, I see your point". I would say that the estimates I were given were very reasonable and honest. I didn't feel like I was being taken. he explained all the reasons why. He was great. It was just the one guy.

We had to have them out twice because they really did a sloppy job the first time and they didn't even adjust the garage door. So we called them up and the guy came out and he saw what happened, and he did fix the garage door. The second guy fixed it but we kinda weren't impressed with the first guy at all. The second guy came out within like two or three days; we called them up immediately.

Scheduling was easy, and my tech showed up right on time. He even adjusted the safety sensors and moved a handle that was accidentally tripping them (due to someone backing into my garage door and denting it). Great! Will use again but I hope I don't need them ;)

They were able to perform the service the same day that I called, arrived within the specified timeframe, and promptly finished the required work.
