Description of Work: Original call was to inspect garage door and oil chain. It ended up including new rollers and pulleys, for an additional cost. I had the feeling from the beginning that part of the low initial cost of $49 was to get an appointment to sell additional services. I am not saying that the door didn't need new rollers and pulleys. However, I bet they upsell an awful lot of customers who sign up for the low cost inspection.
