Description of Work: Initial response was timely but no follow up. Estimator came to my house to provide an estimate. Said he would complete his estimate when I received an insurance adjuster estimate and asked me to send it to him when received. I sent him the adjuster estimate and asked for his completed estimate. Company did not respond to several emails and phone calls. Could not get an estimate or any follow up response or explanation. Frustrating.

+ 0 moreOur house is 40 years old and the kitchen and laundry room were in need of renovation. Warman Construction were not the cheapest estimate but Glen Warman was knowledgeable and didn't underestimate the details of the job, so there were no hidden extras. His team and the contractors he used were all friendly, courteous and always worked well as a team and kept us informed of progress and any changes in times or plans. Although the project took about three months to complete the kitchen we have now is well worth the inconvenience we had.
Description of Work: Our kitchen was completely remodeled, including new windows, a coffered ceiling, new floor and the removal of an interior wall. All cabinets and appliances were replaced.

+ -1 moreI had an emergency repair to be done. I could not get anybody. None of the people responded. This company was recommended by my insurance agent. It is owned by Glen Warman. It was not as much of an emergency as I thought. It was so pretty scary with the step they reduced cracking stone; I thought I would kind of fall through to China. They came out and looked at it the same day that I called. The owner was very nice. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. The guy who came to do the work was also very nice. They came to do, I thought, a really thorough job in a better way than one of the other people who came out and looked at it.
Description of Work: Warman Construction Co Inc did a stairway repair in January.
