We have used Petersen & Son since 2003 for various plumbing issues, from clogged ejector pump to leaking toilet to sump pump replacement. They are reliable and work quickly. They are popular in this area which means they are sometimes very busy. There have been occasions in which they wouldn't have been able to get to us in a timely manner so they walked us through the fix over the phone, allowing us to resolve our issue and free of charge.

Called several plumbers Petersen was the only one who said they could make it that day....arrived when they said they would, completed the work in less than one hour.

The plumber was late showing up but he came out the day after we called him so it was understandable. Still, I wish he would have called to let us know he was running late. The job he did was excellent. We had had very poor water pressure for a long time - a flush of a toilet and there was no water from any other faucet for at least ten minutes. The plumber replaced some old steel pipes and joints with new copper ones and now we have superb water pressure - it's almost too powerful and we have to watch that we don't break glasses in the sink from the force. He also removed some old floor board water heating pipes that we no longer use. All of this in a few hours and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use this company, and hopefully this same plumber, again.

I have used them for over 10 years. While no one answers the phone, I left a message and was contacted within an hour. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again.

I called to make an appointment for simple replacement of frost proof hose bibb. I took a day off of work to meet the plumber at my home. He was a no-show. When I called him he said he had several emergency calls that day, which I do understand, and that he'd be by later than expected, no problem. That was also a no call and no show situation for the rest of the day. I called and left messages for three days at the office before someone called back, they had emergency calls, etc. and could I be at home the next day to meet someone? I could not as I was out of town, but asked them to please call my spouse to make arrangements....they did not follow up on that request. I have used this company for 16 years, and they were always pretty good, however something has gone south at Petersen. No one even answers the phone anymore. I wish them luck in fixing their business, but I won't be vicitmized by them again.

When we have plumbing problems we call them. They are dependable and do good quality work. We've never had a problem. They come when they say they are going to. They provide outstanding service and do good quality work.

We have always been impressed with Petersen.

GOOD SPEED, EFFICIENCY, GOOD PRICE, WELL DONE JOB.

POORLY ORGANIZED, DEFINITELY WOULDN'T GO BACK.

THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THE JOB. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE TOILET THEY FIXED.
