They were very prompt when we called and they scheduled us in pretty quickly. They did the job and cleaned up and we have been happy with the work. They called the day before to let us know they were coming and also the day of to give us a time.

I signed an agreement with them about a few days ago to do some work for us. I am the treasurer of my townhouse association and we have two brick buildings in our complex. Over time, the mortar between the bricks gets damaged because of harsh weather, wind and settling of the bricks. So you need to have someone come out to scrape out the old mortar, replace the mortar and then repair any bricks that have broken or causing instability for the structure of the building. Tuckpointing is like brick maintenance and repair. Olsen Tuckpointing is awesome. I chose them based on the great reviews that I read about them online and they have lived up to that. They have been fantastic so far.

We had not agreed on the extra work that he did and yet he did that. He was very nice. When everything dried up it looked beautiful. It was a great match with the motor. The previous owner had done some tuck pointing and the concrete was off color. Olson did a very nice job. It blends in now, and it looks beautiful. I am very happy with them. They were very good in communication, and they emailed me as well. They were awesome.

They did an excellent job. They are a little pricey and they admit that when they come out for the estimate. They claim they use union tuckpointers so they are a little bit more expensive. I got 4 estimates but not all of them were for the same amount of work. They were about $500 more than the next highest. Based on talking to the foreman of the job I thought they would do a better job and I would use them again. I am very satisfied. They were very clean and neat. They did a very nice job. I think I got my money's worth and then some. After talking to the other companies I wasn't happy so I went with Olsen. Rain was predicted on the 2nd day and since they were not finished they covered the entire work area with a tarp to keep the rain from washing out the tuckpointing. Two people worked on the job and they answered all my questions. A foreman oversaw the job and he answered his cell phone promptly. They were scheduled for 7:30 am and they came at that time. I would not even call any others if I needed more work done.

It was great. He gave me a lot of pointers and I felt more comfortable with his advice over another person I had out. I just decided not to do the work at that time.

The overall experience was great. These guys know what they are doing. They tuckpointed a settlement crack and cleaned and patched a hole where PVC exits from. They removed the old mortar patch, which did not match in color with the existing brick and mortar, and filled it with material that matched. They even went an extra step in letting me pay in two installments as these are tough economic times. They may be a bit on the pricey side, but my understanding is that they employ union masoners. I am a firm believer in that 95% of the time, you get what you pay for. I would definitely hire this company again.

The company was responded within 24 hours and was out to give an estimate the next day. They listened to what we wanted done and gave us an explanation of what they would do. I liked the fact that the person who was going to do the work was the one who came to visit and provide the estimate. The work was done professionally and courteously. I would recommend Olsen Tuckpointing Company to anyone who wants quality work done.

Their work was fabulous. They were very responsive. I felt that their prices were rather reasonable for what they did. They made sure that everything was cleaned up after they were done with the job. They had great follow-up. I was so pleased with their services I called them up to do a little bit more caulking.

They came up with a creative solution to make the front of the house look original. They took a piece off of another part of the house that was hard to see, and grafted it onto the front. It was a little expensive, but I think all work in this field is expensive.
