Description of Work: Replaced crumbling concrete chimney crown. Installed new chimney cap. Were able to complete the work as promised when the spring weather got drier. Gave the option of a lower price for repair instead of replacement. Very neat - they cleaned up all the waste material.

Description of Work: The old chimney cap needed to be removed and replaced. The chimney also needed tuck pointing. I called six vendors in all. One did not do the work I needed. The others either tried to convince me that I needed additional services beyond the chimney work. |Olsen came out, inspected the chimney, gave me a reasonable quote for the work to be done, arrived a few days earlier than I expected, completed the work within two working days and sent me a bill (in the exact amount of the quote) after all the work was completed. |Because I am preparing to sell the house, I had the work inspected after it was completed. The inspector was completely satisfied as am I. I will certainly use them again for brick work.
