+ -1 moreWe hired Eric to perform a home inspection and radon test for the purchase of a new home. We have used Eric several times before, and he has never disappointed us. Eric is professional, thorough, and practical in his home inspections, moreso than any other home inspector we have used (and we only have used others when moving out of state!). When hiring Eric, you know that he is working for your best interests, and not the realtor's best interests as has been the case at times with other inspectors we have hired. Eric takes the time to point out any issues that he uncovers, and explains to you why it's an issue, and how it can be resolved. Eric is the consummate professional, the best home inspector we have come across in years, and the only home inspector we will use in Northern Illinois.

+ -1 moreERIC IS VERY GOOD AND VERY THOROUGH. HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US HOW DIFFERENT THINGS WORKED, AND EXPLAINED ANY ISSUES THAT HE FOUND. AFTER WE MOVED IN, WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH A NEW ROOF WE PUT ON, AND HE OFFERED TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT IT FOR US, FREE OF CHARGE. HE IS HONEST, AND TAKES HIS JOB SERIOUSLY. WE ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM, AND LEARNED A LOT ABOUT OUR FUTURE HOUSE.
