Inspection was quick and professional, communication before and after was also good.

Inland was exceptionally professional, from start to finish. I called Inland on a Thursday morning, and by that Thursday afternoon, David, the owner, was at my house to look at the scope of work. During the walk through, David explained the process to me step by step and also gave me an approximate amount other contractors should be charging for the job. He was right on with his number, as we had 4 additional companies come out to give us bids. Three of the 4 were right in line with his estimate, with a 4th being unreasonably high in comparison. We ended up almost going with another company that came in under his bid by a couple hundred dollars. When I told David we were planning on going with the other company, he said they had a price match guarantee, and they even offered an additional discount on top of that. So, we scheduled the work and on Monday the following week, his crew came in to complete the work. On Tuesday, I had results of the air quality test emailed to me. From start to finish, David was extremely professional and his response time was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them or hire them again based on Inland's (David's) communication throughout the process and the overall affordability. From my few encounters with David, I have the impression that he is an honest guy who wants to give his customers excellent service.

Inland was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. After the inspection was complete they went over and above by helping and assisting us with our permit application requirements which was very helpful.
