Description of Work: I chose to look at this company due to their very high Angie's List rating. Unfortunately, they charge a $200 quote fee (to be included in the price if the work is done) and I wasn't willing to pay that considering the other companies I checked out quoted for free.

YES, WE DO CHARGE FOR QUOTES ON BIG JOBS, THE FEE COMES OFF OF THE JOB IF WE DO THE WORK. SURE DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS EQUATES TO AN F RATING. IT TAKES TIME TO QUOTE JOBS, SOMETIMES MANY HOURS TO RESEARCH PRICES OF MATERIALS AND ESPECIALLY IF CUSTOMERS WANT A COST PER LINE ITEM.TO DRIVE TO AND FROM TAKES TIME AND GAS. WE DO OUTSTANDING WORK AND FOLKS WANT US TO WORK FOR THEM, WHICH WE FEEL BLESSED ABOUT. ON BIG JOBS IF WE DON'T CHARGE A FEE, ALL WE WOULD BE DOING IS QUOTING AND NOT WORKING. PROFESSIONALS CHARGE FOR TIME; ATTORNEYS, DOCTORS, ACCOUNTANTS, THEY USUALLY DON'T TAKE THAT CHARGEABLE TIME OFF OF FUTURE WORK, WE DO. MOST ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS UNDERSTAND. Perfection!
Description of Work: Every phone call was answered and attended to immediately. The young man came on time, did lots of work (Hung a very heavy, huge stained glass window, took down a heavy chandelier and hung two more, removed a bathroom faucet and drain and replaced them. Also replaced dimmer switch. His work was impeccable, and he could not have been nicer or a better worker. My highest recommendation!!
