Very well. Rannet was timely and worked with us and our work schedules. He was very courteous and tidy as we allowed him to leave supplies in our living room while he worked. And he took criticism well when we requested an additional coat on our kitchen walls where our pumpkin colored paint didn't take well. We also are very pleased working with Faith as she was kind enough to allow us a payment plan.

In both cases, the work was outstanding and Faith did a wonderful job of providing accurate estimates, and supervising and scheduling the work to fit our needs. The workers did an incredible job of quickly turning our flooded basement into a warm and welcoming living space, and the painting they did upstairs was thorough and done with obvious care. It was no "rush job", but they did it far faster than I ever could have imagined, and the wallpaper which we so dreaded removing is now gone, with no sign that the walls had ever been covered by anything but paint. I recommend them highly!

Scott was terrific! I basically gave him a list of all the things I needed to get completed and he took over. He worked very hard and the quality of work was excellent. The communication between the office and me was very good as well as the communication with Scott the installer. He explained everything he had to do before he began the work. He obtained the supplies and did a good job of buying high quality materials at a very reasonable price. Scott cleaned up after the projects and made sure I was satisfied with an inspection along with him of the work. He was always on time and called before he arrived.

Tech called for direction and was on time. He had parts and tools need for task. Work was completed quickly as requested.

The painting and installation of trim, molding, and doors was done together with drywall work done at the same time to repair water damage in the basement and as spot repairs on the walls adjacent to the new entry stairs. $7700 was the cost of the total project.

They were especially careful in removing wallpaper with the portion of drywall removed in the bedroom, so as to not disturb the paper above it. This drywall work was done at the same time as other door and trim replacement, installation of crown molding, and painting, both upstairs and downstairs. $7700 was the cost of the total project.

Spoke with Faith on a Tuesday to set up an appointment for getting the estimate. We agreed upon that Thursday at 5-5:30. While on the phone with me, I heard Faith confirm with her painter 3 times that day & time would work for him and it was confirmed. She asked if the painter, or maybe she was supposed to do it, could send me the estimate vie email, I agreed. The painter showed up at my house the next day, Wednesday, while I was not home. I know I didn't set it up for that time, because I already had prior commitments. I never spoke with Faith or the painter or had a voice message left either at my home or cell requesting a change of appointment time. My husband, who is busy working from home and had no real time to take to do this, did explain to the painter what we wanted done. He was told by the painter that an estimate would be done and emailed to us by the end of the weekend. It is now the next week and I have never received an estimate or a phone call to explain anything. :(

Both tasks were completed to our satisfaction. Replacing the bathroom ventilation fan required a follow-up visit to patch a gap in the drywall and touch-up the surrounding paint. This was due to the replacement unit that I purchased being slightly smaller than the original unit - not a problem with the work that was done. Both the original visit as well as the follow-up visit to fill in the drywall around the replacement fan were on time and completed within the estimated time frame. I appreciated that the handymen who helped us out were very neat and left the bathroom looking clean and tidy.

Overall, we were very happy with the results. Faith and Mark gave us an accurate and fair estimate up front and the work was done on time and on budget. Mark did a great job of keeping the areas he was working in clean and tidy. He also very clearly marked the associated room on the leftover paint, which I'm sure will help us if we ever need to do any touch up down the road. My wife and I felt like we got top notch work for a reasonable price. No surprises or worries at all.

Problem solved. The electrician showed up on time and completed the work in about 3 hours. He gave me a written estimate before starting the work. No more electrical problems and the work was done very efficiently and slightly under the estimated charges.

They did a beautiful job. This was a very quick turn around job due to my time constraints. On Monday, the first day of the job, one painter arrived and I wasn't sure he was going to finish on time, but a second painter came two of the five days and they finished by Friday, which was very important to me because I was starting a new job the following week. This was also a week that dumped about 15-20 inches of snow on us! Each room is gorgeous! They did a great job patching all the holes and repairing the hole in the ceiling. They moved all the heavy furniture and covered everything as they went to avoid any spills. They also did a great job cleaning up each night so it was minimal inconvenience to us. This is a small house and I didn't have a lot of room to store things, so they did an excellent job working around all my stuff! I will definitely use them again. It was a pleasure working with everyone.

Scott was outstanding. He was able to come out the same day that I called. I originally had him out to look at some painting and carpentry, but when he advised against the course of action and provided his rationale, I had him take a look at the gas line. Without skipping a beat, he was willing to take on the job. He was professional and courteous the entire time. His work was extremely clean and very, very well done. He took extra care to make sure that he protected the floors and other parts of our home when he was working. He also provided advice on a few other items at my request at no charge.

To start off they were very responsive. The entire project from start to finish was perfect. During the initial visit Mike understood exactly what needed to be done in all rooms and was very helpful in giving us ideas and options. We were impressed with his knowledge of the type of repairs that needed to be performed in the foyer and powder room. When we went to pick out the tile Mike was able to give us direction in the type, color and style of tile that would best be suited for the area. It was apparent from the beginning the craftsman who work for him were well trained in their profession. We appreciated them explaining what they were doing along the way. Mike managed our expectations from day one! He told us exactly what to expect and how the project would progress. Once started, the project progressed quicker than we expected. It was completed on time, and on budget. I have other projects that I will be calling Mrs. Helper on.

Faith was great in helping meet our needs on fairly short notice. We were scheduled to move into our new home in less than 2 weeks and had a narrow window of opportunity to get the work done before the furniture and family arrived. The painters arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion as well. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and I must admit having very high standards. I will use this company again.

The experience was a pleasure. The company was very responsive to my phone call, the work was scheduled promptly and performed with care and expertise.

It went very smoothly. Rein even came on a Saturday morning for two hours to finish it all up. I never thought that the walls could look as good as they do.

Heath, the handyman, managed to do all this by himself and stuck with the job through some surprises (including needing to reframe the attic door) until it was done. Heath did an excellent job and I'd hire both him and the company again in a heartbeat.

When I called to arrange the work, my call was returned quickly. Scott was his usual courteous and helpful self. He began installing the new ceiling fixture, but found that one of the parts was missing. He went to the hardware store to find something else which could work. He tried using a marker to match the fixture, but I decided that I wanted an original part. So he put the fixture aside, ready to go when the new part comes in, to install later. He installed the new towel bar, and, wisely, counseled me to go with some toggle bolts rather than the screws which came with the bar. He patiently waited as I decided which pictures should go where, and he was very careful not to mar the new paint job we just had done. We are very pleased with all the work Scott has done and wouldn't hesitate to have him back in the future. All in all, a great company to work with.

Ron came out for an estimate in immediate response to my phone call. He is good fellow with expert experience and insight. He conducts business with professional, straight forward, responsible and helpful manner. The installer Heath is quick and precise. His work shows great quality of fine workmanship and he shows the superb professionalism to take ownership of the work. There were some minor problems associated with the shower set after the work. Heath came out immediately each time there was a small problem to fix it. The attitude of ownership and taking care of customers is the best I have seen.

It went very well and actually came in a little under budget and estimate. Scott did the install and he was completely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He was friendly, courteous and helpful and I'd like to use him and the service again for some other jobs in the future. Highly recommended!

Their work was good, their project management was excellent. They were very easy to work with. They handled their subcontractors well and we very responsive to us.

Kenneth came and gave the estimate for the work. He came and gave me an estimate right away. On the day he was supposed to come and start the work Kenneth came with another gentlemen and Kenneth left him at my house to complete the job. The gentlemen couldn't speak fluent English and I was trying to tell him that the paint wasn't taking and the job was not being completed correctly. He tried to assure me that the paint will be fine. Kenneth came back and notice the job wasn't done right so he came back the next couple of days to fix and correct the work. They were prompt with the estimate also arrived on time to complete the job.

Overall they did a very good job. They were on-time and courteous. One minor complaint, they did not complete the caulking job in the family room. I think the problem was a language barrier with the worker. He caulked a spot or two, but I requested the entire room be done. Also as an FYI...they do not accept credit cards as payment. Faith was GREAT about waiting for me to mail a check though!
