Steve was very professional, answered all questions, and worked very efficiently. I felt very comfortable having him in my home, he was very conscious of creating a mess, and cleaned up well after he was finished.

The entire process was very quick and efficient. The whole process took less than two weeks from my initial call to the completion of the job. Scott did a great job. He was on time, very professional and ensured everything was cleaned up before he left.

Steve did a great job - he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely use this service again.

GREAT WORK AND FAST. WAS NOT AN EASY TASK

Again, although no work was actually done only because we decided to do the work ourselves, I could tell that this company is a professional expert company and I have no doubt had they done work for us it would have been a great experience.

Andy and his team from the back office to the teams that he had on-site were extremely professional. We asked quite a bit from them in a small amount of time and they were able to get everything (and some add-ons) accomplished with high quality work. Their communication throughout the project was very responsive and we appreciated how they had no issues working along side other contractors that were there at the same time. We went with HMMH for this project because they offered so many services under one point of contact and it proved to be extremely valuable to us. I give them my highest recommendation on quality, communication, and dependability.

Cabinet face was attached, but fell off within a month. Had to do the re-attach myself.

I received prompt quotes for all tasks requested and prices were reasonable. All appointments scheduled in a short timespan and both Andy, the owner, and workers consistently arrived as scheduled. I initially contacted Andy to help locate a shower pan to meet my needs, and he suggested a cultured marble base that worked out well. Since I couldn't install the base myself, I hired HMMH to do the installation and also had them do the rough plumbing at the same time. I then engaged HMMH to deliver, hang, and tape and mud the drywall -- nearly 100 sheets total. Cement board was used in the shower and greenwall was used in the rest of the bathroom. Drywall was used elsewhere including the bedroom and bathroom ceilings. The workers were very efficient and the muddling was excellent with virtually no major or minor defects requiring touch up. I then had HMMH install tile in the bathroom shower and floor, and for a hearth and surround for a fireplace. For the tilework, Andy sent Heath who is very meticulous as is required for good outcomes with tile.

The end result is wonderfully functional using quality materials, integrates perfect with the existing pantry area and now our kids' bags, shoes, coats aren't laying all over the kitchen area any more.

We decided to fix the leak ourselves because the price for both services was not manageable. The part to replace the leak was $5 at the hardware store and took 5 minutes to replace.

AS usual, Handy Men & Mrs. Helper (HMMH) did a fantastic job. The projects were sort of scheduled in phases, Hall bath first, Master bath and new shower stall second, with backsplash installation somewhere in between. Andy (owner and President of HMMH) provided a day-by-day schedule of what would be done and who would do it. First carpeting throughout the pathway to both bathrooms and kitchen was covered in plastic and tarpes. HMMH is always very careful at covering furniture, flooring, and cabinets in order to avoid any damage and the spreading of construction dust. Controlling the construction dust is an impossible job, but HMMH does a great job at attempting to control the dust. We started out by removing all the wall and floor tile in the Hall bath. This included chipping off floor tile that had been set in 1/2" of thin set. And of course, being on a slab, the floor was very uneven and had to be leveled. Once the wall tile was removed, we also found that the bathtub was off (tipping towards wall) by 1/2" so the bathtub had to be leveled. Once all of this was done, Scott (one of four people who worked on the project) proceeded to discuss tile layouts, niche locations, and plans for the floor tile with me before he started laying out all the tile. Once Scott put the wall and floor tile in, Virgo came in to do any patching of the walls required and then painted the entire bathroom. Because the glass shower doors that I purchased were extremely difficult to install, the installation of the glass shower doors was scheduled with a professional installer, All Custom Glass. The next day, All Custom Glass came in to install the shower door on the bathtub. Matt and Dwight (All Custom Glass) spent about two hours installing the glass door that had to be left UNTOUCHED for 48 hours in order for the caulking to dry. Then Scott proceeded to install the wall tile in the kitchen for the backsplash. This was a fairly simple job and was completed within a couple of days. The bathroom and kitchen took approximately 13 days to complete. Next Scott started the Master bath, tearing out the wall and floor tile and the bathtub. We of course ran into the same problem with the floor. The floor was extremely uneven and had to be leveled. Scott also installed a new fan with light above the shower stall. Martin came in to do the patching and drywalling before Scott could continue. Once this work was done, Scott and I once again discussed the layout of the floor and wall tiles and where the niches would be located. This was more of a challenge because the niches on the Hall bath wall were interfering with our planned location of one of the niches in the Master bath. Once all decisions were made, Scott proceeded to tile the floor and then the shower stall. Once again, the installation of the glass shower doors was scheduled with a professional installer, All Custom Glass. Scott finished the tiling, and Virgo came in to do the final patching and painting of the bathroom. The next day, All Custom Glass came in to install the glass shower door. The Master bath took about 12 days to complete. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and would recommend HMMH for all your renovation needs. Andy has a crew of professionals who take their work very seriously and who are meticulous in the work they perform. I have used HMMH several times in the past and they would be the first and only company I would call with any renovation projects. They can't be beat! P.S. The cost listed below does not include the purchase of the shower doors or tile.

I do not enjoy all the choices that go with remodeling and Ginger, Andy, Heath and all their suppliers made it easy. They walked into 3 disasters and left me with 3 beautiful bathrooms finished top to bottom and I did not have to do a thing. Everyone was prompt, returned calls in a timely manner and so easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thank you for all your help and hard work!

I have used Handy Men and Mrs. Helper for many years and cannot recommend them enough. They have been involved in many major projects at my home (new kitchen, new deck, new bathrooms, etc.) but this particular job is one that I will continue to do each spring. Scott came out and power washed my deck, gazebo, house (even went up on the roof to do the chimney which was never done before), front brick patio, brick walkway, gazebo, and summer furniture. After all that work was done, he proceeded to set up my summer furniture, umbrella, flower pots, and two fountains. He also layed down two deck rugs, hung gazebo curtains, moved three bird feeders so I could clean them, and finally ended with installing a bracket and base for a deck mounted bird feeder. Scott is meticulous in his work and thoroughly completes every job he is asked to do. He is a true craftsman (he did my new kitchen and bathrooms) and is a joy to work with. I highly recommend Handy Men and Mrs. Helper and all of their staff. They are all professionals and produce quality work.

My master bath looks fantastic! Working with Andy, Mike and Steve was a real pleasure, both in the excellence of their work and the care they took of my home. Having been through construction at my prior house, I knew that there are a lot of moving parts in such an extensive job. We agreed on a schedule well ahead of the start date, so I knew what they needed from me and when (such as tile and paint decisions), and I could plan my days around the timeline for the project. I was able to consult with their design pro Ginger, who gave me confidence that the choices I made for tile and vanity top worked well together - no buyer's remorse! Steve's attention to detail in all aspects of the remodel was the best I've seen - his tile work was so good, other tradesmen commented on it! I am also very happy with the vanity cabinet, quartz top, and shower doors that I selected from companies who work with Andy. Everyone was very helpful (and patient) as I made my choices, and the results were terrific. Knowing that the Company stands behind their great work gives me a lot of confidence in using them - they are responsive and really care that their customers are happy.

Went great! Walls were scraped (old concrete block) and painted white. Debris was cleaned up; should have done this years ago.
