It went very well. Urmas arrived on time, worked conscientiously, and left us with beautiful walls. We would be glad to have him back for additional projects.

It went very well. Steve was punctual, professional, pleasant, and accommodating. We added two change orders: repair the front storm door and install a new doorbell, which Steve did cheerfully. The price covering the additional work was reasonable. Steve did a great job. We'd definitely have him back. Beyond that, working with the owners, Andy and Anne, was very pleasant. They are honest and responsive. In fact, they did two additional jobs for us that I will post reviews for now.

It went very well. Rein arrived on time and worked very conscientiously. He did a great job. The room looks wonderful. We would gladly have him return to do additional work.

Fabulous experience. Started with a bathroom remodel and was so pleased with the outcome and their professionalism, high quality of work, promptness, recommendations, communication and desire to please so hired them again for the other bathroom remodel. That was also a terrific experience so continued hiring them to fixing problems in other rooms in addition to handy men type projects around the house plus painting and wall paper removal. They did a wonderful update of our kitchen and powder room and offered wonderful recommendations that kept the costs down. We had internal storm damage to the upstairs/garage and when I called for help, Andy had his crew at our home the next day to begin fixing the damage. The more we used their services the more pleased we became. Praise their work ethics, honesty, great advice and that they treated our home with respect and care while working in it. Scott is amazing, he cares so much about the quality of his work. His tile work is just beautiful, a real artist. EJ took ugly bumpy walls and sagging ceilings and made them beautiful. It was great having all of the crew in our home. Everyone was wonderful. Ginger gives great decorating advice, working within our budget. Andy is very responsive and someone we trust.

I made 2 appointments and both times, no one showed up. When I called, I was told the appointment was actually scheduled on a different day. Office was polite but I would never use as there is a disconnect between office and service.

Everything I asked for was accomplished. All was cleaned up when done.

Scott arrived on time and replaced a bathroom cabinet sink top and installed a toilet. I would you Handyman and Mrs Helper again,. Cost: $352 for 4 hours of Handyman Service.

Terrific. The entire crew was on-time and efficient. Workmanship was exceptional.

Wonderful. I cannot say enough. It took quite a bit longer for them to start than expected, but after that it was smooth as silk. A1 professionals. They were always on time, polite, friendly, clean, kept me informed and had wonderful input.

Service was performed to my satisfaction. Service person also let me know that the master bath was actually fine and needed no servicing, simply the guest bath needed servicing via a new roof mounted vent.

The entire team was great to work with, Mike, Ginger, Heath were responsive and clear about schedule and plan. The finished master bath looks great. We would definitely like to work with them again.

Great - Scott was on time, did great work and was able to do the projects I needed done and within the 4 hour timeframe I purchased!!

They were absolutely awesome. I had a flood in my bathroom and it went all they way through my basement. They gentleman they sent was absolutely awesome. He fixed it in no time at all and it was very inexpensive. The evening I came home and found the flooding I called them and they were able to tell me how to turn off the water. That was great because it could have been worse. They came out the next day and replaced and fixed the toilets. They fixed the floor and ceiling drywall. The paint job was awesome. He did an absolute great job.

great. all work was very professional and high quality. on-time arrival, job completed on time, clean, professional, team cleans up the area every night. If needed always ask homeowner opinions and to address questions if needed. Take pride in their work !! Come back if needed to make everything right. Would hire again.

Excellent ! It looks like the shower was part of the original remodel. The quality of the tile instalation, drywall work and painting was outstanding. Very professional, courteous, and punctional. Job was completed as quoted and on time. Very customer focused. Probably best work we've had done in years...very satisfied. Thanks Handy Men and Mrs Helper.

Eh. We were not impressed with the quality of the work. Instead of repairing the issues the painter just made them look good. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up well afterwards.

The visit was arranged beforehand and the worker arrived promptly. He was friendly and professional and creatively tackled our issues. I was quite pleased with his workmanship both in terms of quality and appearance. He finished in less time than had been set aside for the visit and cleaned up the work site.

I purchased the deal for interior painting for $399 per day a couple years ago. It was first used for my son's house. After I saw the excellent work I hired them to do all the work I've already mentioned. First, Anne, who takes the calls is extremely pleasant on the phone and easy to work with. She has a way of making you feel like you are a valued customer right from the start. I only have had one painter do all the painting. His name is Virgo and he is excellent. First, he arrives exactly when he says he'll be there. He works quietly and efficiently. I've had painters in the past who blast music (which is okay under some circumstances) but Virgo works quietly. He is extremely efficient in how he approaches his work. I had him paint my new townhouse (living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, 3 bedrooms). He was here for 9 days. I couldn't have been more pleased. The price, while not cheap, was about what I was expecting to pay. The rate is $399 per day, plus paint. As far as I'm concerned this is the only company I'll go to for painting. They also do remodeling, which is a big part of their business. I haven't hired them for that yet, but would certainly contact them when I need my bathroom updated.

Excellent, professional work. No whining or drama about things that come up working on an older house. I was trying to get these things done from a distance for my handicapped sister. They handled it all, with appropriate communications as needed. Mike provided the quote (very reasonable). Scott was the main worker. No one gets along with my sister, but they were confident it wouldn't be a problem. They were right! She has only good things to say about them. Also, Scott somehow managed to replace the rotted subfloor, tile floor, and toilet in the only bathroom in a house with two women, with no complaints from either. I had not previously had good luck with handyman services. These people are great.

We have used them for handyman services in the past and they did a good job. We asked for a quote on a kitchen remodel and they were double the next highest quote, the highest of 4 quotes by a LOT! Given that they were quoting primarily labor (we were supplying cabinets, faucets, fixtures, etc) the rough quote given was way too high. We declined to go any further in the process. I would use them again for handyman services but their pricing for bigger jobs is way out of line.

....................It was a bad experience. I thought that they would do exterior painting. It's not a huge job, we have a brick house.My main request was for somebody to come out and sand or prep, smooth , and paint it with a couple layers of paint so these wood pillars don't get wet and don't rot. It was $798 and also the cost of the paint, which they never gave me the receipt for the paint. I said give me the receipt for the paint and I will pay for it. I though the whole quote would be around $900 which seemed to be reasonable to me. There was a man I guess that came out, I told the woman on the phone her name is Ann I assume she is the wife. She said that they have a really great guy that does all the exterior painting, he is excellent. He came out and looked at the job and agave the estimate. So, then months went by and I finally made a decisions. So, I called her back I said your local you have a good review lets just go and get the job done. She said okay fine, I said also I am a little nervous can you show me that you have a certificate of insurance. I just know if your climbing around scaffolding in front of my house, it is two stories I don't need anybody falling off and suing me. She did send me that, so I was very excited about that. She said we need $200 as a deposit on an $800+ job. I did put $200 on my car and they charged it. On the 30th this man showed up he was very young. He said hi im here to do the work. I said okay, he said so what am I doing?. He said I've never seen your house, I've never been here I don't know what I'm doing. I said well you're sanding, priming, and painting and the pillars as well as the windows and the front door, and garage door. I said weren't you the one that came out and gave the estimate. He said no no I don't know anything. He said where is the paint. I said oh no you're suppose to get the paint. He said oh okay well I didn't know that. I said but I'll pay for it, so do you want me to go buy it or how do you want to do it. He said oh no I'll go get it, what color do you want.? I said I guess white to match the rest of the match. He said oh well let's just go and grab a piece of the pealing paint off one of the pillars and I'll take that to the place and get the color. He did do that. He went and left, I said well wait wheres all your stuff , he said oh I don't need that I just use this , it was just a single extension ladder. How are you going to paint around it. I though you had to use scaffolding. He said oh no i'm fine with this I can do this just like this. He said well how do I clean my brushes is there a hose. I said well yeah here it is. Do you want me to turn it on . I just assumed he is manually sanding he didn't ask for an electrical cord. I said i'll be around but i'm in and out doing stuff so just let me know if you need to use the bathroom or need water. He was out there a while I just didn't here a lot going on. He left to get paint. He left for about an 1 1/2 hr to get paint. He left for lunch and came back around 3 and he said okay i'm done with two of them and Ill be back tomorrow to finish the other two. And I was like what? He said oh yeah I did around the garage and the front door. We had a Robbins nest around the window he said oh you can leave it Ill just paint around it. I was just concerned. I'm shocked at the level of just people just don't give a crap anymore. I'm so upset that this is the level, I mean really the guy says he is going to paint around the birds nest. So, he says I'm done with two of them i'll come back tomorrow. So I said so wait you painted, you power washed, because their quote said scraping, sanding and power washing. None of which happened. He basically painted over what was there. I showed him and said this is not looking good, look at it you can still see the cracks. I said you need to sand this and did you prime oh well the primer is included in the paint. I told him again I need you to sand this and put two coats. I wanted a really nice thick paint so it's gonna last. He came back the next day and was only here for like three hours.My son was here. He comes and he says oh here's your left over paint. I said hold on I want to see the job and I want to pay you for the paint. He was like oh okay.I said to my son well what were you talking about earlier, he goes oh he needed an extension cord. He was using it for like a shock vac or something. I said oh my gosh he couldn't of been using a power sander day 1 or day 2. He was only here for like three hours or four max. I didn't know what he did with the extensions cord. We needed the cord for our old refrigerator to be picked up. I called right away and left a message and said please have your worker bring back the extension cord, I am really upset about the work he did. She called up and said oh he left it in the garage. But I did find it, I told her I wasn't happy with the job. She said well he has 25 years of experience. I don't know if she knew who she was talking about it. The own came back and said oh this job was grossly under bid. I said well this is not my problem. I said it says right on the quote that you were going to power wash, scrape and sand and paint. And only the paint was done. He said well the person that did the quote is on medical leave or something. I am going to have to rebid this entire job. He said I won't charge you for what we've done. I said well I would like to pay for the paint. He did have an expense. Now, It's going to cost me more money because I am going to have to get another company to get it done correctly. He sent me the quote yesterday, it was almost $4000. It's a joke, I said hold on, he said oh these pillars have to get hand sanded down to the wood, and using some fillers. I said this is wood you can't tell me you can't sand it. I said theirs not that many layers on here, I've been here 20 years. I don't even know what to do now. He rushed through it.

As usual, they did a great job. We had to have them come out a couple of times for different jobs and they did them all very well.

Responsiveness was good via email and was followed up by a phone call to talk through the job. It became immediately apparent on the phone that this wasn't a good fit as they're more of a handyperson service than doing larger jobs like this. I respect the upfront honesty so that no one wastes their time. She said that they'd still come out to quote though if I really wanted them to but they charge a $100 consulting fee. No one else charged me for a consulting fee/quote when I was shopping around for this job.

The tech who came over was very professional and helpful. The job was completed thoroughly and we are quite happy with the result. We would highly recommend to others.
