Didn't use rubber mounts to reduce vibration -- even though they were supplied with the unit! | |I paid top dollar and expected top quality -- but got very middling results. |

She set up the appointment to have Steve to come out and look at the project |almost the same day that I contacted them which I don't get from many other contractors. It was a pleasure to work with a company that really cared and had people that show up on time. |I can't say enough on how happy I am with the work that Steve did, he was very neat and protected areas to catch all the saw dust as each door had to be ripped in width to fit jambs that are over 30 years old. | |I give Handy Men & Mrs. Helper an A++. |

Description of Work: Replaced sink fauucets, but later found a leak in the drain which I repaired. Did some trim work but didn't nail it down, |Which I finished. Also did not bring tools for the job and used mine. Cut one piece of trim short and needed patching. Overall I wasn't too happy as I am an elderly woman. He said he was on his way to fishing trip. |

Description of Work: They turned a single door access to my washer and dryer into a double door access. Emus was very professional, when there was a question of how to proceed because of a question of support beams he called in another person to verify what he had determined to be the right course of action and I was glad to see him do that...he had determined the correct plan of action and he completed the job.

Description of Work: They installed a new mailbox and post. It was cemented into the ground. Also, they reversed the way my closet door opened. Everything went just as planned.

Description of Work: The handyman cut my entertaninment center in half and used the original top |for the new top of the lower shelf. He had problems securing the top to the lower section. I had to assist. My wooden floor was scratched in several places even though he had a blanket under the cabinet. |The handyman knowing what to expect should have had a sharper saw or sharper back up hand saw. Overall he did a very good job on the cabinet. | |

Description of Work: i had a handful of things around the house that needed to be fixed. steve fixed everything on my list and more. there were some things that i thought i had to replace, but he was able to fix them, so i was able to save money on the supplies i had purchased. very professional, easy to work with, will happily engage them again when the need arises.
