Stan knew right away that it was a special Kohler flapper that was needed. He had one one his truck and was able to replace it immediately. He was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient.

I've been very happy with Halan & Co. They are very capable, honest, and responsive to phone calls. They gave me suggestions on how to maintain my plumbing fixtures.

They had a very quick response. I had another service (gutter cleaning) scheduled and realized at the last minute that the exterior water spigot was broken. Stan Harlan responded immediately, recognized the problem, had the part stocked on his truck, and completed without complication in about 10 minutes.

He quickly isolated the problem and rotted out the blockage. He did it quickly and with no interruptions. Furthermore, Stan explained what he was doing, where and why. He educated us as to why we were having the problem. We have an older ranch home and the pipes are long and horizontal and easier to clog. I appreciated the information, and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

I described to Stan what needed to be done and Stan gave me his estimate for the work during our phone conversation. We replaced an old shower and tub valve, installed a new shut-off valve and drain to our exterior hose bibs and adjusted our electrical hot water heater so that it worked properly. Please note that the water heater was installed by another company and never worked properly even though that company had made several trips to our house to try and fix it. We finally got fed up and called Stan. Stan made the adjustment and it has worked perfectly since. My wife said that Stan and his son were very conscientious about not making a mess and I felt that his price was very reasonable. We have recommended Stan to several neighbors in LBS.

They came over the same day. They worked quickly and the work area was left very clean even though they had to cut an access hole in the wall to repair the pipe. Very friendly people to work with.

When I was calling several plumbers about my garbage disposal not working, Mr. Stan Halan called me back, and spent about 7-10 minutes walking me through troubleshooting to see if it was necessary for me to have a plumber come out. He helped me fix it over the phone for NO CHARGE! Wow! Does that even happen any more? I will definitely give Halan Co & Plumbing & Heating my business in the future.

Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Found nothing clogging toilets but explained that our type of water-saving toilets are problematic. Not enough flushing power is common problem these days. Will use this company again.

Very nice and pleasant to deal with. They gave me a quote over the phone. Since the basement was finished he tried to fix the spicket initially to save money, but it still leaked. He proceeded to replace the spicket and left me relatively no mess to clean up. He charged me exactly what he initially quoted me.

IT'S A FATHER AND SON COMPANY, AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY EXPLAINED THEMSELVES WELL, AND THEY LEFT THE KITCHEN CLEANER THAN WHAT IT WAS WHEN THEY ARRIVED.

STAN, THE OWNER, HAS COMPLETED TWO JOBS FOR ME ON TWO DIFFERENT DATES. HE IS EXTREMELY NEAT AND GETS THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY BASIS. I DID NOT GET QUOTES FROM OTHERS FOR EITHER JOB SO CANNOT COMMENT ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF HIS PRICES.

HE IS ALWAYS RELIABLE, ALWAYS FAIR IN HIS PRICING, ALWAYS EXCELLENT IN THE WORK HE DOES. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO OVER OR REPAIR ANYTHING HE HAS DONE. HE WORKS WITH THE CUSTOMERS GOALS AND LIMITATIONS IN MIND.
