 + -1 moreThis company came highly recommeded, so it was very disappointing that they did not honor their commitment. They did return my deposit along with a letter, giving me a credit for any plumbing service in the future. Unfortunately, I wasted 8 wks waiting for them to put in a lift station, and now have to wait another 10 weeks to get someone else out to put one in. If they knew they weren't going to be able to do the job, they should've contacted me earlier, instead of me having to call numerous times to find out when they would be out.. Sadly,it was not a good experience for me.
Description of Work: GMS is a general plumbing service along with installing lift stations for flood control.

 + -1 moreSee above. GMS has informed the developer that they've been to our place to for the drywall work and no one was present. However, this is invalid since our nanny was at home during the times when they were scheduled to come to our home (and they did not show up several times).
Description of Work: We moved into a newly constructed home on July 23, 2007. The following week, we ran our new jacuzzi and noticed water down stairs. Turns out some part wasn't tightened which caused the leak. The developer's plumber, GMS Plumbing, fixed the leak. However, as a follow-up, they were supposed to replace the ceiling drywall and and repaint the damaged area. After at least 3 attempts for Carlos (of GMS) to get their drywall guy out and several no shows, the drywall work was completed on September 19, 2007. This area was supposed to be sanded and painted on on September 23, 2007 and to this date, we have not heard from GMS. We have subsequently contacted the developer to deal with the issue and to have the work completed for GMS' mistake. In addition, we requested a report for the original problem and we have never received a report (although I've asked several times). GMS' follow-up for their plumbing mistake has been horrendous and I would recommend that their service not be used.
