 + -1 moreGreg put in an air conditioner, in my house, 4 years ago for $1800.00. It has broken down at least once in all the past three years, and each time he charged me an additional $200.00 just to fix it. Now, it is broken again!! He told me that my house must have gotten hit by lightening and that I should turn off the unit every time there is a storm??? I called him June 27th to set up a repair appt. and he refuses to come out and fix it, even though, he gave me a 5 year warranty!! It's now July 2 and it is 98 degrees in my house, holiday weekend, and there is a Pandemic!! I have to pay double to get another tech to even come look at it!!! I would NEVER recommend G.C. Timm Inc. to fix anything. Greg lacks character and integrity and appears to enjoy stealing $ from his customers.

 + -1 moreGC Timm came out and confirmed it was back drafting, but said that it was likely because it was a very hot day and that tends to happen in older homes with newer furnaces. So he came back the next day early in the morning while it was still cool to re-check... this time no back draft! He was able to write on his report that it works fine as long as you don't run the furnace if it's over 70 degrees. This saved us several hundred dollars.
Description of Work: In selling our house the inspection report showed that our furnace was back drafting, which can be a very expensive fix.
