Wow! This company! DO NOT HESITATE in securing your appointment. These people are the real deal! The quality of work and professionalism is something not found anymore. The attention to detail, the NON-RUSHED approach, the communication and explanation of every INDIVIDUALIZED step. The list goes on and on. Charles and Lisa and their team work flawlessly together. Charles himself goes out to the jobs to work and make sure everything is done accordingly, so you are not just getting some employees who are just there for the paycheck. The team walked through our house before and after to patiently listen to our questions and concerns, and then to explain how they addressed all of them. Charles gave realistic recommendations that were truly based on the well-being of our family, not just the well-being of his pocket. He not only worked to fix the current problem, but prepped our house for future success to avoid future problems. They use professional equipment, and show you the before and after pics…and somehow are so clean doing such a dirty job. This is a family owned business who you can tell put their heart and soul into their work leaving you with service they can be proud of. Bravo Ducks R Us!! I will never use another company.

I'm a renter, so I don't know how much they charged. I'm also in the construction trades, so I know what it is to work for a living and what entails good service, whether you're in someone's home or servicing a commercial property - these gentlemen were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Like other reviews have stated, they called ~30 minutes before arriving, were on time, were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, competent, expedient, made as little impact in the home as they possibly could, were fantastic at communication throughout the process, etc. I'm signing up for Angi.com right now just to give these guys a good recommendation (I hate signing up for anything, but they deserve this). Also, their customer service rep was awesome when she called me to make the appointment that was just facilitated. She was vibrant, attentive, and all-around-awesome. Gotta give her a shout-out too. I cannot recommend them enough for HVAC needs.

It went amazingly well. They did exactly what they said they would. Called thirty minutes before arriving. Arrived exactly on time. Cleaned the vents in exactly the time they said it would take, cleaned up after themselves, did not upset our dogs, were friendly, courteous and professional. They discovered a couple of ducts that were closed which explains why that room was always cold. They explained what they were doing all along the way, showed us before and after pics and we could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend them.

INCREDIBLY GOOD SERVICE AT A VERY FAIR PRICE The entire experience with Ducts R Us Cleaning was very positive. It was easy to make the appointment and as promised they called 30 minutes before they arrived on the day of service. Charles and Chris were polite and friendly, they put on shoe covers when they entered our home and showed a genuine respect for furniture that they had to move. Charles explained everything they were going to do so there were no surprises. The equipment was well maintained and in good working order and the cleaning was thorough as they used a huge vacuum to draw air, and a whip that created action and pressure in each duct. That was followed by a power brush cleaning. They also cleaned the furnaces and although they needed to cut "access" holes in the main supply and return trunks, they covers on that were professional looking. The process took about five hours which was what they estimated when I made the appointment, and at the end of it they went through what had been done, and shared "before" and "after" photos. They ensured I was satisfied and moved everything back the way it was found. The price was exactly what I was quoted and I appreciated that they weren't trying to sell me on any additional services or filters or sprays. I plan to make their service part of a regular maintenance schedule. I would highly recommend Ducts R Us for duct cleaning needs as the experience was very positive and the ducts came out very clean.

Very satisfied with the service. The crew called 30 minutes ahead and arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. When they arrived they introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and explained everything they would be doing. Along the way, they would keep us updated and often asked to see if we had any questions. Overall the work took about 5 hours for our 2 story 2400 sq. ft. house for full duct cleaning and dryer vent. Crew was courteous and professional at all times. Before leaving I was shown before and after photos. Final price was exactly as quoted. Definitely would recommend.

It was a great, painless experience. They were courteous and on time. I was very comfortable with the price quoted and pleased there were no surprise charges. The techs were very personable. They took before and after pictures with me there, which I thought was really great. I recently purchased a new dryer, so they cleaned the vent out as well. They took the time to explain to me that new dryers have a safety valve, but if the vent outside is blocked, the dryer won't work. They definitely went above and beyond when they didn't need to and it was very appreciated. They helped me avoid a potential service call on my new dryer.

The techicians were very informative on their procedure and exactly what they were going to do. Part way through the procedure I was shown photos of some of the before and after images- even a live camera view of them breaking up a clump and blowing the area clean. All the equipment used was professional grade and they were very thorough. The cleanup afterward was very good and all the entry points well sealed. I was pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

He came out and he has a big hose connected to his truck. He took it to my basement and vacuumed everything out because once they went down with the hose, I couldn't go down because it was a large vacuum. They were reliable and they came at the time they were supposed to come. They were good.

Ducts R Us provided excellent service from start to finish. We recently moved into an older house and I could see a solid inch or so of dust in my air returns. I was afraid of scams and did a lot of research before deciding whom to call. I chose Ducts R Us because (a) they are NADCA certified; (b) they provided quotes for full-system cleanings (some services cover returns or supplies only or limit it to a certain number of vents); (c) they clean the actual air handler unit (I knew my blower was caked in dust and other companies I called either didn't clean that or charged extra for it); and (d) they were priced very well considering I was having two HVAC systems cleaned. I got several quotes, and Melanie, whom I spoke with when I called, was by far the nicest and most straightforward of anyone I spoke to. I wasn't around when the work was done, but we have had several workers in our house lately for various projects and my wife said that Jonathan and Charles of Ducts R Us were by far the nicest of any of them. They were here for quite a few hours, and they did a nice job. The areas I can see in the returns and the blower unit are definitely clean. We did have one issue: the blower fan was not running when they hooked it back up. They were extremely apologetic about it and said they would send a technician the next day. They did. It turned out a wire had not been hooked up correctly for our particular unit. No big deal. Mistakes happen, and the manner in which they handled it was very professional. I called them again this week because I was poking around in my attic and thought I saw a torn flex duct. I assumed it was damaged when they cleaned it. I sent a picture from about six feet away (couldn't get any closer) to Ducts R Us, and they sent someone out the next day to look at it. I am very embarrassed to say I was wrong. Although I have mostly flex duct up there, that particular duct is rigid and the torn insulation I saw was just that -- insulation. It had nothing to do with the work they did. I apologized profusely, and Jonathan, Charles, and Melanie were all very nice about. If I have my ducts cleaned in a few years, i will definitely call Ducts R Us, and I would easily recommend them to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.

Everything went very smoothly, from the initial phone calls to set up times, to the actual cleaning itself. The technicians gave me a call about half an hour ahead to confirm arrival. They were neat, clean, orderly, and explained things well, in spite of my annoying questions. Couldn't be happier.

Charlie and Jonathan came in, explained what they were going to do and did it. They took video of what the ducts and vent looked like before they cleaned them and then cleaned them. They did it in a timely manner. They were friendly, courteous and very professional! When they were done, they showed me the before and after videos and I was stunned!! The difference was like night and day! Ducts R Us was awesome and I will recommend them to friends and family and will use them when I purchase a new home soon!!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this company. The saleswoman I spoke to was very informative and helpful and was not pushy whatsoever. The techs arrived a bit early, set up their equipment, then explained everything that they were going to do. They even showed me before and afters of the inside of my duct work. It was disgusting to say the least. At the end I saw them nice and clean. I believe it took them about 4 hours to clean out my system. At the end the price was the same as what the office had quoted me. Which was a relief to me, because I had another duct cleaner out that gave me a price of $99 and then up charged me as soon as they got to my home. The techs were very polite, courteous of my home, and the techs attention to detail was impressive. I plan on using this company again in the future and highly recommend them.
