Frank came to the home to present how a sale would work were he to get the job. He was absolutely professional and very honest about how the process works. At that time, he already had prepared information on similar homes sold in the area. He arranged for someone to do a preliminary inspection and appraisal so we would have an idea what problems might need to be addressed. He even attended to hear what two different basement experts thought about the old basement. Frank was very upfront about everything which made us feel quite good about selling an older home. He encouraged us not to sell the house "as is". He wanted to make sure there were no surprises. We basically cleaned, did some touch up paint and replaced the circuit breaker box. In two weeks we had an offer only a few thousand dollars below the asking price, within Franks estimate of a reasonable range for selling price. He took care of all negotiations and follow up. He was always available and treated us with respect, even though this must have been one of the smallest houses he's listed.Four weeks later, the closing was held. Considering we live out of state, this whole experience was nothing short of miraculous. A number of different realtors had left their cards, indicating that they had shown the house. It was our definite impression that realtors were happy to show Frank's listings to clients, knowing that their clients would get an honest, fair deal.
