+ -1 moreMike Kelly left me a message that he will not be able to make it for the appointment for the final inspection or walk-through before I bought a property so that really put me in a bind. I ended up telling him not to come, he called me back, and ultimately he sent me a fax that was both threatening and intrusive. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I actually filed a complaint with BBB and called the local police department. It seems like he has no business being in this business. There was absolutely no customer service. The pricing was okay.
Description of Work: I made an appointment with Mike Kelly of Barrington Roof Doctors to do a roof inspection.

+ 0 moreMike was able to do the work when we were at work. Mike cleaned after himself and the roof looks great.
Description of Work: We have a cedar shake roof of a home that was built in approximately in 2006. Since we have been in the home we have not had the roof treated and a few of the shingles started to fall of the roof. Mike came out initially to repair shingles that had fallen off (in the winter). When he came out to fix the missing shingles, he provided a rough overview of other areas of the roof that needed to be addressed and a description as to why cedar shake roofs needed preventive maintenance.
