"After first scheduling with GE to identify the problem with our GE refrigerator, they became a nightmare to work with. Nick saved the day! He was able to replace the broken part that GE had identified within 24 hours of my first call; meanwhile, GE said they could only schedule the part replacement appointment 10 days out because they had to order the part. When you have a refrigerator that is not cooling properly, you absolutely don't have 10 days to spare. When I asked Nick about timing to obtain the part he thought he'd either have it on hand or could get it from his parts dealer that day. He gave us a two hour window (versus 4 hours from GE) and was prompt and fast with the repair. And in the interim, he was a great communicator with excellent follow up. I hope I won't need to call him again about the refrigerator any time soon, but whether it is the fridge or a different appliance that has issues, Nick will absolutely be my first call. Thanks Nick!"
