I thought $39 for fixing just a problem in the toilet tank was fair. but when they came, it ended up being $140!!! they charged me $100 extra. after complaining about the unreasonable charge, they sent me back a check for $20. but still, $120 to fix a leak in the toilet??? it only took them about 45 minutes of labor.

Horatio was outstanding! Punctual, professional, efficient. The toilet is now cleaner inside the tank that it has ever been. He explained that everything inside the toilet was fine, but getting old. I expected him to try to convince me to replace everything right away, but he was not pushy at all. Refreshing! And his review of our plumbing overall was five times as thorough as the one from the home inspector we hired when we bought our home. Horatio gave me written estimates for the possible projects he pointed out, at my request. The pricing was quite fair, and I will definitely use them when I get these things taken care of. Best 39.00$ I ever spent on our toilet. Thank you!

I called the Repipe Specialists found on Angie's List (I will leave them a positive review as well) and they bid the job then connected me with Horatiu to book. He was responsive, friendly, professional, and did what he said he would do. His four plumbers were friendly and arrived on time (7am) for three days. His drywallers were also prompt and friendly on the 4th day. I felt the quality of the plumbing work and drywall patching was high. My house is large and it was a big job. My only criticism was that they didn't have quite enough dropcloths and the drywall fans made a HUGE mess that I wasn't prepared for. (Heed my words, if you're doing a repipe job like this, cover *everything* in your house, the demo makes a mess and then the drywall fans blow it and drywall dust everywhere!) They finished the job in four days, but we did two 11 hours days and probably could have used a fifth day, which was the original estimate. I'm not complaining though, because to be done early with such a big job is something to celebrate! They didn't have to break any tile in the bathrooms, they disassembled two kitchens with laminate counters and worked through closets adjacent to bathrooms and one poor guy spent a morning working inside a kitchen sink base cabinet because that one has granite that couldn't be removed. Because of the rush on the last day, they missed some clean up and small patches at the end. When I spoke to Horatiu about it, he offered to send them back, but I asked for a discount instead and did the work myself and am pleased. It really is pretty amazing what they pulled off. I would hire them again.

The owner, Horatio, arrived exactly on time and performed all work in a very knowledgeable workman like manner. He was very friendly, neat and answered all our questions with patience and to our satisfaction. We definitely got our $49 worth of service because he was here for a little over an hour. He also gave a quote to replace some corroded and stuck valves and will be sending us a quote to rip out and install a new tiled shower in our master bathroom. We look forward to see his proposal because we very impressed with Horatio and would have absolutely no problem with hiring him again.

My hot water heater started leaking,, i asked my neighbor if she new a plumber , she recommended All affordable plumbing,, i called and they were able to come out the same day to replace it,, they very responsive and did a quality installation.

This is the second time I have used this contractor. The first was for a remodel of my bathroom. In both cases he helped me all throughout the process. He offered suggestions for layout, fixtures, colors, etc. Workers were polite, professional, and did great work. They were always helpful, answered all my questions, and offered suggestions when there were items I needed to by for the work (I purchased all the cabinets, tiles, paint, etc). When I asked for some additional trim work to be done after the work was done, they came back and did it at no additional cost. Drywall, paint, tile work, cabinet installation was all done very well. I am very happy with the work. Prices for both kitchen and bath were very reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
