ADRIATIC GRANITE & MARBLE

I was very satisfied with my experience with Adriatic Granite. I was able to pick my slab at their Barrington location and they held it until we were ready for installation. They were very helpful with color and style and even lowered the price of the slab we chose since they didn't have any more in that lot. Measuring was done very carefully and installation was earlier than we were told. They were happy to come back when we noticed a pit that needed to be filled and said to call them if we needed anything else. They even gave us free cutting boards from the sink cut outs. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Very well. Price was outstanding compared to a large competitor in the same geographic area. We got the nicer color we wanted at less than the price of the standard colors at the other place.

The countertop cracked, as it was installed incorrectly. In the area under the sink, there is no support in the base cabinet. Company wanted to glue the crack - but my counter which I spent over $4500 was not even a month old. The company was very very rude and unresponsive. I have complained to the BBB( found out that they have only a B rating) and to the Illinois attorney general as the company is completely unresponsive and willing to take responsibility. As there is no support, more cracks are developing along that area.

Called Adriatic GM based on an ad I saw on a park bench in Libertyville. Scheduled an estimate and they arrived on time with numerous samples to look at, arranged by price. I selected one of the lower priced granites (Santa Cecilia Light) and they measured and gave me an estimate on the spot. I liked the price and the stone, so I went to Adriatic's location in Lake Barrington to select a slab. They were very helpful and allowed us to view several different slabs and they even moved some out of warehouse into the sunlight so that we could really see them. Even though our job was relatively small, Adriatic was extremely professional and helpful. They showed up on time, every time, exactly as committed. The price and workmanship was excellent, and I feel I got an outstanding value for my money. I would definitely recommend Adriatic to anyone considering new stone counter tops. From beginning to end, it was a great experience!!!

They also installed a sink for us. They did a good job, I would use them again and I felt like they were a very good company. I would recommend them to anybody.
