Description of Work: Dave was an excellent inspector. He clearly explained to us what he was required to do as a home inspector and what he was not required to do. If he noticed something questionable (with HVAC or electric) he told us on the spot if he recommended bringing in an expert in that trade. | |Still, he went above and beyond his duties. He was completely fine with (in fact, encouraged) my husband following him around the entire time and inspecting every thing along with him. | |He returned a detailed, thorough, and clear report within the time frame he promised. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

His experience with the area as well as with home inspections and repairs gave us a lot of confidence in his work and subsequent decision-making on the home's contract. He spent time walking us through each issue, answering questions and giving his input in detail when we requested. We feel incredibly well-prepared regarding the projects present in this property, and Dave has been available for a number of follow-up questions from us newbies.

+ -1 moreDave's home inspection was very thorough and informative. He educated us about several features of the home as we went through the house. He emailed us (& our realtor & our lawyer) a very detailed home inspection report, laying out what needed to be taken care of as a safety issue and what was maintenance, etc. Dave also worked with us to reschedule our inspection when the homeowner canceled our first appointment with very little notice. We were very pleased and recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Dave completed a very thorough home inspection on a 4400+ square foot home for us.

+ -1 moreProvided extremely thorough, detailed report. Definitely not a check the box inspection. The price was commensurate with the time spent (4 hours). We were very happy. He found problems we would have never seen otherwise, such as a $1000 window replacement job that the sellers needed to fix. Professional, knowledgeable. Would recommend. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Our home buyer hired some guy who simply checked boxes and could barely speak English!
