No response to 2 Angie's List messages, one on 8-29-13 and second on 10-3-13. Web site offers no email address or contact form.

We had water going out of the pump during the day and they came within half an hour and fixed everything even though it took them several hours to get a whole new water well pump installed. They were just right on it. We did not really have to suffer much with no water. They did an excellent job. They were really personable. They really knew what they were doing. They were excellent.

Since the last time they were out, we have not had any problems. They are the only company that we trust to work on our well.

I have used them in the past and they never disappoint. They are prompt and only charge you for services that you really need. They are reasonably priced and I know I can always count on them to come through!

what a great experience - would highly recommend using Steve to do your well work. A little hard to get a hold of in the beginning but totally worth the effort and wait !!!!

They are wonderful. The last job was quite expensive because they had to flush the entire well system. They are A+. It’s a great company. They are very reliable and dependable. If you call them in the middle of the night when you have a problem, then they will call you back. They are great.

I've used them many times. They did a fabulous job and it was top notch. They came out right away. They also installed a water softener for me a couple of years ago. They are very attentive and answer questions. They will talk to me on the phone if something goes wrong with the well such as if I start to lose water pressure. They do a great job. I've been using them for 12 years. They are a respectable company. I will definitely continue to use them.

WE CALLED STEVE SNELTON ABOUT OUR SITUATION AND HE SAID THAT HE COULD COME OUT TO OUR HOUSE WITHIN THE HOUR OF OUR CONVERSATION. HE ARRIVED WITHIN 45 MINUTES AND PROCEEDED TO CHECK OUR EQUIPMENT TO MAKE SURE IF EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY. ONCE HE DETERMINED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS THE WATER PUMP OUTSIDE IN OUR BACKYARD HE TOLD US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, WHAT EQUIPMENT MAY/MAY NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED AND HIS RECOMMENDATIONS TO COMPLETE THE JOB PROPERLY. HE TOLD US THAT WORKMEN WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT MORNING AROUND 9:00AM AND THAT THE JOB WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS. THE NEXT DAY MR. SNELTON CALLED AT 8:00AM TO LET US KNOW THAT THE WORKMEN WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 8:30AM INSTEAD OF 9:00AM. PROMPTLY AT 8:30AM THE WORKMEN ARRIVED AND ONE OF THE MEN, STEVE, EXPLAINED THE WORK THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. THE WORKMEN FINISHED IN 2 1/2 HOURS AND STEVE, THE WORKMAN. EXPLAINED WHAT WAS DONE AND THE ITEMIZED COSTS. IT WAS TRULY A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Did not have water on a Saturday and after calling Corey and another individual showed up. Always stayed in touch by phone. They were very polite and efficient. They worked for 2.5 hours and on weekend they charged 20 dollars more for labor. Had them work on pump once before was happy so used them again.

A&C SNELTEN CAME TO THE RESCUE THE SAME DAY, PERFORMED THE WORK TO OUR SATISFACTION AND AT SLIGHTLY LESS THAN THE QUOTE PRICE. PRICE QUOTED SEEMS SOMEWHAT HIGH, BUT THE WORK AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS FIRST RATE.
